Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate your feedback. Your rating does not relect the quality of our home. The details provided by the guest are not accurate and I am happy to provide details as needed. The guest had stayed in November - giving us a 10/10. The guests 1-star reflects a vindictive form of retaliation as we did not violate our policy. The power did not go out, the home was heated to 68° (normal standard). The guest chose to check out early - we offered an alternate stay in lieu of a refund for the same rate and offered to provide additional hefty discounts for anytime through the year- this was offerd to the guest due to the fact that the guest had requested to rent the property long term (approx. 6 months given she enjoyed her last stay so much.) The guest declined our offer stating that she was able to rent another property that worked better for their timeline. We cannot predict the weather, but we can provide the best hospitality humanly posible. Thank you again, and we look forward to being your host. (This post is in the process of termination by VRBO for its inaccuracy- as the guest verbally threatened to give us bad reviews for not violating VRBO provided policies)

Good morning, Thank you for choosing our Bungalow. We take pride in our home and maintain it at 100% efforts. Winter can be tricky -especially with a home built in 1896. We continually keep in touch with our maintenence crew to address any issues that we observe on a weekly basis and if a squirrel sneaks in from the winter cold...please let us know so that we can address the issue. We strive for a five star every stay. If there are any concerns that our guests have, we ask that you communicate with us so that if there are any concerns, we can address those concerns. With deepest respects, we do not feel that your rating represents our Bungalow. To Vrbo, your star means that you have major problems with the home. Thank you for your review. We do not feel that your 3 star reflects our Bungalow and the love we put into hosting our guests...the week you stayed was during a Ga heat advisory and a holiday weekend. Luckily, we were able to get service on a holiday weekend to repair that same weekend.. as soon as possibly. The Ac is up and running like a pro. We value our guests and we are happy to be able to resolve any and all hurdles that arise asap. Thank you! We look forward to making your next stay your best stay!
