Wonderful Stay in Provincetown

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property! This condo was lovely. It was very well-situated and very convenient on the near east end, just a bit east of the Provincetown library and City Hall. At the same time, it is set back enough to be very quiet and peaceful, nestled among trees and homes. It feels like the building might have been an old captain’s house. It is beautifully appointed for the Cape in its artwork, furniture and design. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room area was ample and cozy. The beautiful floorboards seemed original which was nice thinking you were walking on a little bit of PTown history! The kitchen, though a little on the smaller side, was well equipped and extremely functional plus there's a sizable inside dining area for cooler nights.It's also well-situated for meals on the back deck. The deck was GREAT – a comfortable place to relax with cocktails, enjoy a morning brunch or have a barbecue dinner. We loved the deck lighting and furniture. A great environment when you need to just chill for a bit. As a two bedroom, this unit would be especially good for two couples or individuals, though there is an extremely comfortable couch and Kellie makes available two inflatable mattresses if your group is a little larger. Everything was nicely laid out (towels, etc.) and welcoming when we arrived. There is parking for two vehicles which made getting there easy. Kellie was extremely responsive throughout and available for any issues, though there really weren’t any. We had a truly wonderful time. This is a great place to spend your vacation in Provincetown and we recommend it highly. We look forward to staying with Kellie again!

Great place and great location

This house is amazing. The day before we arrived I got a great email with all we needed to know to enjoy our stay. The deck was perfect to relax after a long day on Commercial.

Perfect stay in Provincetown

This beautiful colonial house is a short 5-10 minute walk from Commercial St, just above The Wired Puppy, minutes to Ptown beaches and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home is divided into three units (one below, one above). The 2 bedroom unit is in mint condition, beautifully decorated and fully appointed, with a fantastic deck. Aimee, the owner could not have been lovelier.

P-town gem

My family and I loved this property! It was better than the photos and in a perfect location. It is a 2 block walk to the center of the action on Commercial street. The owner was very responsive and we could not be happier with our stay!

Wonderful weekend

The property is beautiful, comfortable, sunny and charming. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed just haning out inside and out on the deck. We would love to come back.

Clean and spacious and really cute!

Located in the East End of town, it was a quiet neighborhood with lots of room for 4 adults. We had everything we needed and loved staying there!

Immaculate and super cute two bedroom apartment in a great location in Provincetown. Nice deck for relaxing or dining. Off-street parking, washer/dryer, and A/C. We loved our stay and hope to return.

This is a great house and we loved having the deck and being able to walk to the main street and beach. The house is clean and comfortable and the host was responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great homebase for visiting Ptown

I stayed here with 3 other people for the weekend. The apartment is a quick walk to the downtown area and ferry terminal, making it a great base for exploring. The apartment itself is on a quiet street, and was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. Overall everything was exactly as we had expected based on the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

An incredible home away from home.

Seeking a month long getaway as a quiet, belated birthday event, we found Kellie’s listing on Vrbo. As I told her, it was, in two decades of coming to Provincetown, my favorite of all the spaces I’ve ever rented there. it was a perfect scale in a perfect location; a beautiful, well-appointed apartment that was just the right size for two (so livable, not too big, not too small). The apartment is well decorated and well-tended, nothing throwaway or handed down. and each room had just the right amount of furniture (the dining table was wonderful for small dinner, and for working on computers late night!). Nothing felt out of place, or too big or not enough. Its location, a couple of blocks back from Commerical, meant welcome quiet and easy access from the backroads with our car (and yet all of a 5 minute walk to Wired Puppy). Coffee on the morning deck watching sunrise — or October storms — was icing on the cake. Kellie was always available; she responded to every email (there were only a few!) ASAP and was so kind and polite. One head’s up — the kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher! (There were only two of us, so that was fine, but just good to point out!). It really did feel like home. Honestly, we had a perfect stay here and we’re still beaming about it weeks later.

Wonderful Condo!

We really loved the location and the accommodations. We had everything we needed: a nice sunny space with a lovely deck, the kitchen was just enough including a blender! There are also beach chairs and umbrellas! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

A Wonderful Place in the Heart of Provincetown

We loved our time in this warm, comfortable, beautifully appointed apartment. The common space is lovely and features a really big television complete with many of the premium streaming services, and, while the kitchen is very small, it is equipped with the necessaries for basic cooking. The bedrooms are spacious, and my wife and kids found the beds to be very easy to sleep in. Perhaps best of all, the apartment features a really large deck with a dining table and small grill, and we spent a great deal of time outside enjoying the sun and air and sounds of this quiet residential area. Kelley responded quickly to the very few texts I sent, and I had the sense of being very well taken care of. I would recommend this apartment to any visitors to Provincetown.

Quiet 2nd floor condo in 3 unit house. Comfortable, great deck, nice LR. Easy walk to Commercial Street and all it has to offer. Just close enough for access and far enough to avoid the noise.

Excellent location and gorgeous home!

Our small group of 4 loved staying at Kellie's place for a long weekend. It's a lovely, stylish, and cozy home with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves (the wraparound deck is awesome!). Everything was super clean upon arrival and Kellie was very communicative with any questions we had. It's in an amazing location with Commercial street just a short (~10 minutes) walk through a beautiful residential area. The kitchen is on the small side, but it is stocked with anything you'd need to make a proper meal. We didn't want to leave, and would absolutely stay again!

Fabulous house!

What a great place! The deck is huge--way bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked--no need to buy basics like oil, ketchup, spices, etc. The location is perfect--quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to Commercial Street and easy bike ride to the beach. The house is immaculately clean, roomy, and nicely furnished. Parking, grill, beach chairs, and umbrellas are included. The owners are kind and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great place in a quiet area, still super close!

We loved this rental! It was super cute, had everything we needed, and was very well-kept. It's only a few block up from Commercial so it's very close to everything you want while still having the benefit of being pretty peaceful and quiet. The parking spot was a huge benefit for us too! We would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely, Convenient, Quiet Stay in P-town

We had a wonderful visit to P-town and this home away from home. The Patio area is lovely and a great place for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The neighborhood is quiet but only a few blocks and a very easy walk to Commercial Street close to both the restaurants and the art galleries. The bathroom is a bit tight, but very manageable and has a normal sized tub/shower. We found tight spaces to be common in the 100-200 year old properties throughout Provincetown, but we had plenty of room to spread out in the patio, two bedrooms, dining and living room. We used the washer and dryer quite a bit and it helped us pack lighter for our trip. Everything was very comfortable. The owner is very responsive and very quickly helped us with a couple small issues we ran into a couple of days into our stay. The suggestions for activities and dining were excellent and they even have all the supplies you need for going to the beach. Don't miss the sunset concerts on Wednesday and Sunday Nights!
