THE PROPERTY: Experience the seclusion and natural splendor of this Central Texas Ranch just east of Austin! Nestled on 150 acres, this one-of- kind property host the ultimate corporate retreat or weekend adventure. Enjoy immersion in nature without sacrificing modern comforts. There is so much to explore under the wide, open skies, native wooded habitat and sprawling pastures. miles of wooded trails span across majestic, oversized pines, lush fields, coastal and native grasses, and wildflowers.
THE VILLA: As you enter the gate, discover panoramic views and begin to unwind. Just ahead is the "main event", a magnificent custom villa built in 2009. This four bedroom, four and a half bathroom home expands approximately 6000 square feet and is built around a luxurious courtyard, pool and spa. Every room is loaded with the unique upgrades you would expect from only the finest ranches and estates. This single level floor plan has many unique features which include imported Italian tile, rich Mediterranean stone floors, a variety of exotic granite, vaulted ceilings, faux painting, elaborate custom cabinetry and trim. Each private bedroom comes with a large en suite bathroom, 60" smart TV, work desk and leather button chair. Common areas include 1,000 square foot conference room, 3 dining area, a large open great room, gourmet kitchen and home theater room with loungers for 9 people. Waterfalls at the front entrance with cascading water provide soothing sounds upon entry. The custom courtyard pool with outdoor kitchen is exceptional for private relaxing and is adjoined by the main bedroom and casita.

Bedroom 1= 2 queen beds; Bedroom 2= 1 king bed; Bedroom 3= king bed; Casita (located in the courtyard) = 1 queen bed
THE RANCH HOUSE: Adjacent to the Villa is the original Ranch House with 3000 square feet of living space--a traditional ranch home with with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living area that opens to the kitchen and dining room. Experience amazing views and sunsets over the property lake from the 60 foot deck that runs along the front of the home. Bonus room upstairs has 2 massage chairs.
The Executive Suites : Behind the Villa are 2 newly constructed Buildings that total 8 luxury rooms. Each room has its own private bath and is equipped with 65" televisions, high-speed internet, coffee maker, and mini-fridge.
Sleeping in The Executive Suites :
8 luxury rooms: 6 rooms with two queen beds and 2 accessible rooms with single King beds.
THE SUNROOM/EVENT SPACE: State of the art glass walled 1,000 sq. ft. building steps from the villa including dual 86”4K monitors, high speed internet access, surround sound with flexible seating accommodations for up to 40 classroom style and outdoor patio with 16 more seats for executive breakout sessions or just a peaceful, relaxing meal among the pines.
OUTDOOR LIVING and ADVENTURING:
Enclosed villa courtyard has a pool, heated 5 person spa, and lounge furniture.
There are 2 ponds strategically located for catch/release fishing. There are also several intermittent creeks and several miles of groomed, wooded trails for hiking and biking.
Please be aware, this is country life. We have some "less cute" creatures running about, so wearing shoes outside is always a great idea. We do spray for pests, but you may still get a visit. Beware specifically of scorpions and snakes.
A fleet of 8 electric bikes and fishing poles and gear are available for use.

The Ranch is all yours for the duration of your stay. Accommodations in both homes are designed, outfitted and arranged for hosting our guests. As for the property, we invite you to hike, bike, swim, fish, or ride along the many paths and trails we've developed.
POLICIES: Adventure at your own risk and obey all signage. Texas CEO Ranch is a living and breathing working ranch. We expect our guests to be safe, mindful and treat every inch of the property with the greatest respect at all times. The property might not be suitable for young children and adult supervision is recommended.
- Guests are required to sign a Texas CEO Ranch Rental Agreement before a booking can be confirmed.
- Events, parties, non-overnight guests and large gatherings require prior homeowner approval and additional fees. Please include any/all questions/requests in your booking inquiry to ensure we address these items
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- All guest on property are required to sign a waiver. Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras, located at the gate entrance, entrances of the villa and the Ranch house and rear entrance of the villa
- HomeAway/VRBO only collects the state Hotel Tax of 6% at the time of booking. A city or county HOTEL Occupancy Tax (7%) will be collected in addition to booking and reservation fee.

We use approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning high-traffic and common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches. Guest linens, comforters and blankets are always laundered per stay.
Please note there is a refundable one night security deposit for reservations.Guest after the 16th Guest have an additional one time fee of $150 per person.
