Spend your most beautiful days of the year in our 3-star apartment with a wonderful view over the marina and its white sailing boats and elegant motor yachts. You will feel comfortable in the warm colored apartment. A flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen ensure that you don't have to do without the usual amenities.

On the mezzanine floor, 44 m² of living space offer you all the comfort for max. four people who make a relaxing and really special vacation. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a dining area for four people and an electrically extendable double bed (1.80x2.00 m), which is invisible at the push of a button. From the balcony you have a great view over the marina. In the separate bedroom you sleep in a double bed. In the kitchen you will find a cooker / extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as everything else you need to work in the kitchen. If you want to do laundry in between, you will find a washing machine and dryer in our common rooms (for a fee). On request we can also provide you with an ironing board with an iron free of charge.

The little guests are very important to us, they are very welcome and we would be happy to provide you with free children's equipment on request: baby cot / bed linen, high chair or baby bath. Please report this to the landlord immediately after booking. Our gently sloping private beach and a large and lovingly designed children's playground make children's hearts beat faster.

If you want to bring your four-legged friend with you, you are welcome to register. We have a large dog meadow here for the run. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the beach.

At the apartment house you will find your free parking space, so that you only have a short distance to your vacation home.
