Completed in July 2015, the holiday apartment "Skagen" is only 80 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic coast in Kronsgaard / Angeln.

"Skagen" delights with its clever layout, spacious terrace, bright rooms and maritime style.

DOGS ARE WELCOME TO THIS APARTMENT.

In spring, the first rays of sunshine on the southeast terrace and in summer the beach is right on your doorstep. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the view in the garden at KAMINgeknister and warm up after long walks.

The 5-star apartment was planned down to the smallest detail and equipped by a specialized interior designer.

The apartment is designed for 4 people. The floor is designed with high-quality wood-effect DESIGN PLANKS and is heated by a FLOOR HEATING. All windows are provided with privacy blinds and in the bedrooms with blackout pleats.

LIVING AREA

The living area with dining area and kitchenette impresses with its MARITIME furnishing style. The large, blue and white striped ECKSOFA with its MANY CUSHIONS and a comfortable armchair invite you to linger, relax and read.

The large, floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and also allow a BEAUTIFUL view of the terrace. The GreenGate accessories are a perfect match for this ambiance.

The KAMIN is visible from the dining area as well as from the cozy seating area and thus provides a nice viewpoint and pleasant warmth on cold days.

The solid wood dining table (160cm length) offers enough space for dining and playing.

Features include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, DVD / Blu-ray player, Sonoro stereo with radio, CD player, USB port, Aux-In and Bluetooth. Of course you have Wi-Fi in the apartment.

A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs is also available.

KITCHEN

The open-plan fitted kitchen offers ideal conditions to enjoy socializing while you cook. It is equipped with high quality branded products.

A stove with integrated oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and much more make the heart of every cooking lover beat faster.

In addition to the technical equipment, it convinces z. White porcelain, cutlery and pots from WMF, knives from Fiskars and bowls from Rosti Mepal.

It has also been thought of the many small kitchen helpers, so that nothing stands in the way of your cooking pleasure on vacation.

BEDROOM

Bedroom I

This bedroom impresses with its white paneling and creates a cozy maritime impression, which is complemented by the matching accessories in the colors white and blue. The comfortable BOXSPRINGBETT (180x200cm) and DAUNE COVERS oversize (155x220cm) guarantee a restful sleep.

DAMAGE PLASSEES let out the sun on request. A large wardrobe offers enough space for the holiday wardrobe. For your personal valuables you have a built-in safe available.

Another flat screen TV is also installed in this room.

Bedroom II / children's room

This light blue bedroom is also equipped with two separate BOXSPRINGBEDS (90x200cm) and oversized DAUNE CEILINGS (155x220cm).

A VERDUNKLUNGSROLLO leaves the sunlight outside especially for the little guests. A large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.

Also here is a flat screen TV.

We have a small selection of other pillows (side sleeper / 80x40cm pillow, neck pillow and roll), which we will gladly provide.

Of course, the BEDS are already BEZOGEN on your arrival.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a window and has light colored tiles. It is equipped with a shower (RAINSHOWER), a toilet and a vanity unit with vanity unit.

A towel radiator also provides the ability to warm or dry the towels.

A large mirror, a make-up mirror, a powerful hairdryer and an initial supply of cosmetics complete this space.

Fluffy HAND and BATHROOMS are of course also available for FREE.

Guest bathroom

The guest toilet is equipped with a vanity unit and cabinet, a large mirror and a toilet.

WASHING MACHINE and DRYER are also in this room. Of course, there is also a clothes horse in the apartment.

CHILDREN FACILITIES

For the children, we have in addition to travel cot and high chair and on suitable dishes, cutlery, cups, books, CDs, DVDs and Lego and other games thought. We also have an extensive selection of baby utensils such as a bathtub, bottle warmer, changing mat, diaper pail and potty.

TERRACE

The fenced green area with sunbeds is perfect to unwind and relax. The Southeast TERRACE (32 m²) is equipped with a large table made of teak, with four adjustable highbacks including seat covers and a parasol.

For your personal barbecue pleasure, a GAS GRILL from WEBER is at your disposal.

Outside Area:

Three affectionately arranged sun-islands, which each have a beach chair for you from September, are also on the property of the Ostseequartier. Enjoy the tranquility, a delicious drink and a relaxing sunbath - what more do you need?

For your car there is a parking space directly next to the house. Your bicycles, other vehicle fleet, surfboards, fishing equipment, etc. can be stored in a lockable tool shed.
