Located directly on the fine sandy natural beach of the Baltic Sea, the Danish islands in view, awaits you with the "Ostseequartier" a holiday home at its best.

Completed in July 2015, the holiday apartment "Langeland" is only 80 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea coast in Kronsgaard / Angeln and impresses with its spacious layout, the spacious southwest BALCONY and the INFRARED CABIN.

In spring, the first rays of sunshine on the large southwest-facing balcony and in summer the beach is right on your doorstep. In autumn and winter, you can enjoy the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows at KAMINgeknister and warm up after long walks in the infrared cabin.

The five-star apartment was planned down to the smallest detail and equipped by a specialized interior designer.

The apartment is designed for 6 people. The floor is designed with high-quality wood-effect DESIGN PLANKS and is heated by a FLOOR HEATING. All windows are provided with privacy blinds and in the bedrooms with blackout pleats.

The apartment "Langeland" offers the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days with the whole family or friends.

LIVING AREA

The spacious living area with dining area and kitchenette offers plenty of space for the whole family. The large WHITE ECKSOFA with its many printed CUSHIONS invites you to linger, relax and read. The furniture, some of which comes from Denmark, makes up the special atmosphere of this apartment and completes the BEIGE-WEISSE color concept perfectly. A special highlight is the white Eames rocking chair.

The large, floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of light and allow a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The fireplace is visible from the dining area as well as from the cozy seating area and thus provides a nice viewpoint and pleasant warmth on cold days.

The large modern dining table (200cm in length) offers plenty of space for dining and playing.

The desk placed at the window provides the perfect place to let your mind wander or write your vacation post.

The technical features include a large flat screen TV (55 inches), DVD / Blu-ray player, stereo (Sonoro) with radio, CD player, USB port, Aux-In and Bluetooth. Of course you have Wi-Fi in the apartment.

A small selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs is also available.

KITCHEN

The open-plan fitted kitchen offers ideal conditions to enjoy socializing while you cook. It is equipped with high quality branded items.

A stove with integrated oven, extractor fan, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and much more make the heart of any cooking enthusiast beat faster.

In addition to the technical equipment, it convinces z. From Maxwell Williams crockery, WMF cutlery and pots, Fiskars knives and Rosti Mepal bowls.

It has also been thought of the many small kitchen helpers, so that nothing stands in the way of your cooking pleasure on vacation.

A large wardrobe and built-in shelves provide enough space for your holiday wardrobe and your own. For your personal valuables you have a built-in safe available.

Another flat screen TV is also installed in this room.

Bedroom II

Wake up and see the Baltic Sea - what more could you want? The floor-to-ceiling windows allow for this special holiday experience.

The comfortable BOXSPRINGBETT (180x200cm) and DAUNEN CEILINGS in oversize (155x220cm) guarantee a restful sleep. DIVERSIONPLISSEES let out the sun on request.

A large wardrobe and built-in shelves provide enough space for your holiday wardrobe and your own.

Another flat screen TV is also installed here.

Bedroom III / children's room

This natural colored bedroom is also equipped with two separate BOXSPRINGBEDS (90x200cm) and DAUNE CEILINGS in OVERSIZE (155x220cm). A blackout blind lets the sunlight out, especially for the little ones. There is a small selection of books, games and toys in a standing shelf.

A large wardrobe also offers enough storage space for the holiday wardrobe.

Also here is a flat screen TV.

We have a small selection of other pillows (side sleeper / 80x40cm pillow, neck pillow and roll), which we will gladly provide.

Of course, the BEDS are already BEZOGEN on your arrival.

BATHS

Opposite the bedrooms are two bathrooms, one with direct access to the infrared cabin.

Bath I with bathtub

This bathroom has light tiles and spacious functionality. It is equipped with a shower (RAINSHOWER), a BATH, a toilet and a vanity unit with vanity unit.

A towel radiator also provides the ability to warm or dry the towels.

A large mirror, a powerful hair dryer and an initial supply of cosmetics complete this space.

Bathroom II with washer and dryer

The second bathroom is equipped with a shower (RAINSHOWER), a toilet, a vanity unit with vanity unit, a large mirror and an initial supply of toiletries.

WASHING MACHINE and DRYER are also in this room. Of course, there is also a clothes horse in the apartment.

Fluffy HAND and BATHROOMS are of course also available for FREE.

CHILDREN FACILITIES

In addition to travel cots and high chairs, we also thought of suitable crockery, cutlery, mugs, books, CDs, DVDs as well as Lego and other games for the children. We also have an extensive selection of baby items such as a bathtub, bottle warmer, changing mat, diaper pail and potty.

BALCONY

This balcony (12 m²) really has it all: you can see the SEA and at the same time have a southwest exposure that guarantees you light and sun all the time - if it shines.

Amenities include a large teak table with six recliner and seat cushions and a beach umbrella.

For your personal barbecue pleasure, a GAS GRILL from WEBER is at your disposal.

Outside Area:

Three affectionately arranged sun-islands, which each have a beach chair for you from September, are also on the property of the Ostseequartier. Enjoy the tranquility, a delicious drink and a relaxing sunbath - what more do you need?

For your car there is a parking space directly next to the house. Your bicycles, other vehicle fleet, surfboards, fishing equipment, etc. can be stored in a lockable tool shed.
