Direct beautiful water views of Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy your days at the beach directly directly across the street!

Beautiful completely renovated first floor condo with new beautiful wide-plank white oak flooring through-out. New fully functional kitchen with quartz counter tops, beautifully appointed glass tile backsplash and a pub style table with views of the water. The living features a new leather sofa, ceiling fan, 55ā€ Flat screen TV and a private deck overlooking the bay. The two bedrooms featuring ceiling fans, air conditioning and flat screen TVā€™s. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. This condo is perfectly situated on the East End or Provincetown at Bay Colony and is approx. one mile from the Monument & Ferry. Our home is steps from the beach and an approx. mile walk through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean.

Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the deck. Parking is located directly in front of our condo with additional parking provided. The condo is also a short walk to the many art galleries, shops & restaurants Provincetown has to offer.
Swimming pool is located next door featuring a pool side grill with food, drinks and cocktails and for those who want to be pampered, there is an onsite waitress.

Enjoy 4th of July watching the parade and fireworks from the deck. Provincetown annually has a parade that starts next door at the Harbor hotel. Tailgate before the parade and preview the antique cars and floats. Enjoy the parade and night time fireworks in the comfort of the condo's deck.

Provincetown has alot to offer from fine dinning, ice cream, whale watches, dune tours, ghost tours, great beaches, shows and great shopping. Enjoy the active night life in this destination town.

Perfect location, about a 15 minute walk into down town right outside ptown. Right across from the beach with a great view from the patio, it's just far enough away from town almost no one was in the beach while we were there. Beautifully decorated home! Definitely will keep in mind when coming back.

Great cozy place and terrific location

We loved this place! Nicely appointed, neatly presented and a terrific location. We listened to the ocean waves at night and saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect weather made this a wonderful getaway! We would highly recommend it!

Great location, beautiful place!

We had a short stay after the Pan Mass Challenge. It is only about a mile from downtown and right across the street from the water. The inside is clean, perfectly laid out and fit our needs perfectly! The owner is repsonsive and accomodating.

Girls trip

Great views from the patio! Well stocked kitchen. Host is very responsive to messages. We really loved the location just outside of the busier part of Commercial Street and across from the beach. We walked into town most days and took a pedicab back if we were feeling lazy. The pool adjacent to the condo is just a quick walk be mindful that it is a very family friendly pool but clears out around 5pm.

Great spot with incredible access to town and to the beach!

We had such a lovely time at the property. It was cozy and air-conditioned, with a great view of the ocean. Parking directly in front. Excellent communication on all of our questions. Great spot, and I definitely recommend it.

So close to the bay! We drank coffees and ate several meals on the patio, gazing at the water. At low tide we enjoyed walks on the sand -- accessed directly across the street. Even when it was time for an ocean beach, or the excitement of Commercial Street's other end, the condo was conveniently located. The area was quiet at night. The condo was well equipped and overall comfy enough for 3 adults to do our own thing for a few days. Owners were responsive; checkin was easy. Great vacation spot!

Great Location

Cozy condo with easy parking right across from the bay-side beach - this beach is amazing for walking, wading, and picking shells. Very short drive to downtown Ptown, and close to Cape Cod National Seashore. Condo community is quiet at night, ideal for a good nightsā€™ sleep. Owners also maintain a good amount of cookware and serving-ware, saving you so much money if youā€™re happy to cook! Loved this place and would happily return.

Lovely location on the beach at the entrance of Ptown

Location is great and the property has the most beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The toilet was broken and no attempt was made to fix it for the price we paid was unacceptable. We had to go into the tank each time to flush. No response when I left a message to the owner. Also there are wayyy too many objects on every possible surface: statues, lamps, stuff absolutely everywhere so no place to put guests things or use any surface. Not welcoming.

Beach Condo at Provincetown

Great little condo, a couple of miles out of the town center. Beach right across the street, not crowded and still water. Easy walk into Provincetown but if you can wing the time, there's a shuttle (we always seemed to miss it). Plenty of space for 4. Patio out front for people watching and just enjoying the atmosphere. A couple of notes: laundry facilities are in the basement of building 2. We wandered around for some time looking for a non-existent entrance on the ground floor. Bring your own pillow and tp!

The property was very nicely updated and appointed. We had everything we needed for a great week. The view from the deck every morning was absolutely amazing.

We grew up in Connecticut and currently live North Haven approx 3.5 hrs from our condo. I had been coming to the cape for over 20 years and had always wanted to own something so I would be able to experience all the seasons at the cape and come whenever I needed a break.
