Board games, books, and an original classic Nintendo are all available for your entertainment. The Little Green House is just 4 blocks off I25, and 12 blocks from the Riverwalk, Union Ave, and Memorial Hall. Pet friendly, kid friendly, and owners live on the same block so are usually available for any issues that may arise.

We are also just 3 blocks away from Parkview Hospital and 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens occasionally, as well as a flight for life helicopter landing at the hospital once in a while.

Home is equipped with keyless entry door locks and front and back doors.

House Rules:
-No smoking inside the house, please stay outside to smoke and use the provided ashtrays.
-No parties.
-6 Guests maximum.
-No third-party reservations-No booking on behalf of another person.
-All guests must submit a copy of their photo ID through messenger before check in.
-No candles, wax melters, incense, etc. allowed anywhere on the property.
-No hair dye, food dye, or clothing dye allowed on the property.
-Do not move or re-arrange any furniture. All furniture is permanently attached to the floor or wall and damage will occur if you attempt to move it.
-No early luggage drop off.
-Maximum 28 day stay
-Home is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front and back doors and in the back yard. They are always active, recording video and sound at all times 24/7.
