Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 48m² in Butjadingen (55330)

In the pheasant's nest 2 adults have enough space for a relaxing North Sea vacation. It is a private 2 bedroom apartment. The area is divided into a bedroom with double bed (with blinds can be darkened), a small shower room (shower, vanity and toilet), a hallway and a living and dining room with sofa, kitchenette and dining area. A small covered balcony is also part of the private apartment in the attic of our house.

The kitchenette offers everything you need for self-sufficiency. Large closets in bedrooms and bathrooms provide plenty of space for suitcases and travel essentials. Your car is parked directly on our property. The beds are freshly made when you arrive. If necessary, baby cot, extra bed and children's high chair are already in the apartment when you arrive. Of course, without extra costs.

The apartment has TV and radio reception via satellite. The corner sofa in the living room has a sleep function and offers an additional sleeping possibility. So one of the guests can "emigrate" into the living room if you prefer separate beds at night. Pets are welcome after consultation (exception: no dangerous dogs).

Description of the house:
Dat Ankerhuus Burhave is located in a quiet residential area in Burhave (Butjadingen). Our two apartments are located in the attic. You can be reached via the stairwell. Of course, guests park on the property on paved parking spaces.

In the immediate vicinity of us there is already a reasonably priced restaurant, a café with reasonable breakfast prices and a hairdresser. After 10 to 15 minutes on foot you are in the middle of the tourist center of Burhave with beach, dog beach and everything your heart desires. Shops, doctors and banks are reached quickly. You get everything you need, even at low prices, in a short time.

The Ankerhuus is a Non smoking house. We also rent to fitters or business travelers. Please note, however, that no VAT can be shown in the invoice and that no card payments can be made.

Description of the location of the place:
Burhave belongs to the municipality Butjadingen in the middle of the district Wesermarsch. The municipality Butjadingen is a peninsula, enclosed by the Weser estuary, the Jade estuary and the North Sea.

The North Sea resort of Burhave has a classic green beach to offer. A riverside path leads you around the peninsula, always along the water's edge. There are hardly any gradients here (with the exception of the ascent to the dike), so that you can easily and without too much effort and larger distances well on foot or by bike. Omnipresent are the dike sheep. They have the task to graze the dikes and condense at the same time. By the way, they provide the raw material for delicious sheep's cheese, which you just have to try to have a say.

Then we have the absolutely unique North Sea Lagoon. The lagoon is about to be understood as an artificial swimming lake filled with the waters of the North Sea. It offers a sandy beach and is supervised by the DLRG. Here the bathing fun knows no tides, differently than at the green beach where already once again no water is there, if one comes.

And not to forget is the small cutter harbor in the nearby Fedderwardersiel. When the cutters arrive, you can buy crabs and fish directly and really fresh from the cutter. The excursion ship Wega II is located in Fedderwardersiel. The Wega II has some very interesting excursions in its program. The trip to the seal banks we can highly recommend.
