Enjoy a Ford Escape during your stay at the Canuku House

This comfortable home is located at the Northern end of the Island (Calbas) near Noord and includes use of a Ford Escape during your stay. The private community features; clubhouse and pool only steps away. Set with tropical landscaping and Caribbean décor, the home boasts tropical furnishings along with all the amenities. This beautifully decorated home has all the luxuries for a great vacation. A three bedroom and two-bath bungalow complemented with a tiled veranda, terrace and rear patio.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps six and can accommodate up to 8 by making use of a completely contained onsite apartment. For groups more than 6 people the apartment must be requested well in advance as it is not typically made available otherwise. There is also plenty of parking. Take the time and enjoy an opportunity to stretch out and relax after the perfect sun filled day on one of the island’s many beaches. Or enjoy your private covered patio and terrace. Or if you prefer unwind at the property’s pool and clubhouse.

Yrs, there's we're shops nearby so very convenient, pastechi's were avaliable near-by, fairly quiet neighborhood. Host helped with any and all issues that we had questions about. The house was very clean, and spacious enough.

Great stay. Enjoyed our trip. The use of the vehicle made it worth while. We didn't know we had to inform the owner ahead of time about using the guest which we had planned to use for my 22 year old son. SO keep that in mind.

Very nice private home clean with a vehicle included. Relatively close to beaches and attractions. Owner and caretaker very nice people and very responsive to any needs that we had.

House very clean, pool was nice right across the drive.

Neighborhood well looked after, nice and quiet, the car included with the property was a bonus, not having to book separate. Ray picking us up at airport and dropping us off was a nice part of the package. Will book again there.

The house was perfect for us, we didn't want to leave! The use of the escape was great to check out different beaches. The house was true to the listing. Will the owner was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We loved it and it won't be our last trip to Aruba!

Loved this place and its own. Exceeded our expectations. Quiet area, pool across the street was outstanding - used it 5 times, never saw any others! When I needed assistance the owner and property manager were very responsive.

Excellent place to stay, super good accommodations

This is a beautifull house with excellent location. the accommodations are in excellent conditions and there are all resources that you may need to may your vacation a wonderful time. The club house with the pool is a perfect solution for the afternoons refresments after returning from the beach. Kids enjoyed it a lot! Mr Juan is and excellent help if you are going for the first time to the island. He provide all the correct suggestions to make our visit confortable and pleasant

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back!There is truly nothing more we could have asked for. The home was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and located in a perfect little community with friendly neighbors. Just a quick drive to the beach, grocery stores, and great restaurants...the location couldn’t be better.We especially loved spending time on the back patio, and having a grill was such a great bonus. One of the standout features was having a car included — it made the entire experience an unbelievable value. We did run into a small issue with the vehicle during our stay, but Will and Ray were incredibly responsive. Ray came right to our location with a replacement and took care of everything quickly and professionally. Truly top-notch service!As frequent visitors to Aruba, we’ve stayed in many places — and this one definitely stands out. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again. In fact, we’re already looking at dates for our next trip, this time bringing our kids along, and we’re crossing our fingers that this home is available again!

Amazing vacation!

This house has everything you need. It was spotless, which we appreciate very much. Everything works and there is more room than what the pictures portray. The community is beautiful, and all the neighbors are super friendly. Will is very responsive and answers all of your questions. The property manager Geronimo is there for anything that you need. We will definitely be returning.

What a charming place! Just loved the Canuku house!

We just fell in love with the Canuku house! What an adorable little neighborhood! The van was great to have so we could explore the island. The kitchen was very well equiped, with everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch waving to the tour buses passing through! Grocery stores and restaurants close by! Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms made for a very pleasant stay! Will was also very easy to communicate with, and even offered us to stay longer free of charge when our flight was moved back! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time Will!

Great time at the Canuku house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Initial coordination and pick up from the airport was great, both Will and Geronimo were very friendly and responsive. The house has a nice location where it is about 10 minutes to Palm beach, 12-15 to the California lighthouse, 10-15 to the main town, and about 35 minutes to Baby Beach. The Ford escape worked great for us and we had it loaded with beach stuff and a soft cooler of drinks wherever we went. The house was very clean, well provisioned, had lots of extra linens, had a great kitchen, great WiFi, and great hot-water. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and would happily stay there again.

Love the Cunucu House!

We spent 2 months here and loved every minute of it. The caretaker, Geronimo, was easy to reach and quick to fix things or help us out. The owner/contact, Will, was very responsive to requests and also helped to make our stay enjoyable. The community pool was never busy and always had a good mix of shade and sun. We have stayed several places over the years and this was our first time in the Cunucu House and it’s our new favorite. The layout of the house is perfect and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen, dining room and back porch got a lot of use. The grill was also very useful . We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Bona Vista

My wife and I stayed at Will's place for a month in Feb. / Mar. 2022. Our pickup at the airport by Geronimo was effortless, and the vehicle that came with the unit was perfectly functional. The home worked very well for us. The pictures accurately described the furnishings, which were very comfortable. The unit is located inland, but very accessible to all the beaches / restaurants, and parking was surprisingly easy. We are both hikers, and loved the hiking trails only a mile away that weave through the wilderness hills leading to the undeveloped eastern coastline. We had a great time, and found Will to be very easy to work with, and customer focused. David

Awesome Aruba Experience!

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this property. Will and Geronimo went well beyond any of our expectations in making us welcome and comfortable. The property was clean and neat and the neighbors treated us like family. We will vacation here again.

VERY Misled by Previous Reviews

Although the location was great and communication with both the property owner and property manager was timely and effective, this house was a huge disappointment. The pictures show a property that might need some updates; we were fine with that.. The property needs some MAJOR updates and a new cleaning company. Owner arranged to send a cleaning crew in after 2 days of living with very dirty floors and we were compensated. I wanted to leave- my husband insisted we stay. However, light bulbs were out/missing, wire shelving in bathrooms are very rusted and dirty, guest bath has a foul smell, there appears to be toe- kick molding in the kitchen that has been chewed ( Rodents? Cat? ) and several of the “ white towels” in the bathroom had dark brown spots all over them. Disgusting. I have relied on reviews in the past and have always been pleased with their accuracy. This time however, the reviews were way off.

Beautiful island and amazing accommodations!

Wow! What an amazing friendly island and perfect house to enjoy our first of hopefully many trips to Aruba. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. We were even picked up and returned to the airport by Evert who also took the time to check in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. My family of 3 stayed in this home for 10 days and 9 nights. The overall experience was first class! Right from the first inquiry with Will to every interaction after. Will is awesome in responding to all communications in a timely matter. He answered all of our questions before and during our trip making it as stress free as it could possibly be. The house was clean, more than well equipped and situated in a quiet, cute convenient neighbourhood. Pictures don't do it justice! The outdoor space front and back is also well kept and an added space to use during your trip. There is also the use of a bbq, washer and dryer and beach toys which all added to the experience. It is an easy 7 minute drive from the major food store, high rise strip and Palm Beach. There is a pool right across the street that we used it a couple of times during the week. It was clean and quaint and we had it all to ourselves. The house also came with the use of a Ford Explorer which we used to travel the entire island and was a huge cost saving over transit or a rental vehicle. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation and stay. The price is very reasonable, the house is everything advertised and more and the location was perfect! Thanks for making our first trip to Aruba a dream holiday Will! We will be back. Top 3 holiday moments!!! 1st time visit - definitely not the last time - Cant wait to get back

We (5 people) stayed at the Canuku House in August for 2 weeks (not long enough....hahaha). We were picked up at the airport by the awesome house manager and given a quick tour of the island on way to the much anticipated holiday spot. The house was great and the outside design style fit the history of the Aruba island. The house was very clean, wifi, had all the amenities, lots of room, great air conditioning and bbq/patio in the back. There is a pool directly across from the house (30 feet) that we brought refreshments too and used to cool off after a great day at the beach. Having unlimited access to a vehicle makes this place a "must book" when in Aruba. We used the vehicle everyday to tour the island, head to the beach, excursions, get groceries, go for dinner etc. The beaches are a quick drive away and having larger vehicle to pack stuff is fantastic. We are planning our next trip to go back to One Happy Island for another stay and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Great Island. Great people. Great staff. Great home.

My family of 7 stayed in this home for 5 days and 4 nights. It was more than enough room for 6 full-sized people and one miniature. Will is awesome in responding to all communications in a timely matter. He answered all of my questions, put my mind at ease, and reassured me that everything was going to be great. This was our first time staying in a vacation rental, and we plan to do it again. We actually plan to go back to Aruba and stay in this home again. Juan and Mildred were the sweetest people. They ensured we were picked up from the airport, settled in the home, and provided directions to every place I asked. The home has been updated, so the pictures are a bit out of date. It was nice having access to a vehicle, however the mini van definitely needs servicing. The check engine light stayed on, it was a bit hard to steer at times, the air was not consistently cold, the hazard lights blinked every time the side doors were opened, and we got a flat tire. Nevertheless, we didn't have to pay to rent a car, and Juan was expedient in getting the tire fixed. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay. The price is very reasonable and the location was perfect.

Great time in Aruba :)

The house is perfect, it has everything that you need. The cars need service, but they do the job. Overall it is a great deal, I do recommend this place. We have a wonderful time in Aruba.

LOVE THIS HOME !!

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely place with a pool across the way,The house is beautiful, the kitchen was gorgeous and the bedrooms were large, and with 3 of them, it's the perfect place for a family to spend a vacation! The back porch is a great place to have BBQ and enjoy a drink at night..and the A/C is ice cold, but the breeze is great as well.The neighborhood is quiet and filled with the pastel-colored Cunucu-style homes in the storage closet behind the home you'll find all the snorkeling gear you'd ever want, enough for a family to enjoy a day at the beach and the use of the VEHICLE is such a cost saving you can not pass up ! If u stay her you will not be disappointed , and Will is a joy to deal with !! THANKS AGAIN WILL we return again next year !!

Excellent Location

Very convenient and comfortable for family vacations. House was perfect for our family of 5. Service was excellent and having a vehicle included was extremely valuable. We were able to explore the island and still have the comforts of home to return to at night. The swimming pool was conveniently located across from the house, a bonus for our 2 year old grandaughter!!!

Aside from spending downtime at the house and enjoying the pool and grilling fresh sea food, we love playing Golf at Tiera DelSol and Divi Links. They are always a nice treat. Aruba has so much to offer it makes you feel welcomed wherever you go. You're thoroughly entertained with all that the island has to offer and most of all relaxed. We sincerely enjoy sharing the Aruba experience with our guests. Just ask those who continually keep coming back year after year. They can't seem to get enough either. We know the importance of a positive guest experience. In addition to making our home comfortable and available, we always ensure our guest experience is memorable and enjoyable.
