Our four-room apartment Wismar, raised ground floor in the Villa Katharina, extends over two floors. It is 80 square meters and very comfortably equipped for four people.

Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. The first-class equipment of the living area, z. B. large couch, dining table, LCD TV, Wi-Fi and a high quality flooring and the modern American kitchen with oven and dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired.

In the lower level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a separate room with a sofa bed and the bathroom with a separate shower. From the bedroom you have access to a small terrace. The apartment has a video intercom. The Villa Katharina is a lavishly refurbished Art Nouveau villa. It is located directly at the spa park. The way to the beach is only a minute.

No search for a parking space - for the apartment there is a parking space on the property (for a fee and on request).
