2 bedrms (each with adjoining full bathroom): one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen- sized bed, plus a Washer/Dry utility room, (large washer and large dryer). Screened front porch, 2-car garage with a wide entrance driveway. A patio with table in the backyard. Water fountain located in front of the house. Convenient to stores and the Spanish Springs Market Square. Access to all "The Village's" Amenities. New Pool nearby. Close to hospital and to the Hacienda Recreation Center. TV and internet provided. The house has wide interior doors, which makes the house convenient for
those that use wheelchairs. The house has a second living room with another TV. There is also a den/study room. The second living room has a couch, with fold-out leg rests, that could be used for sleeping. Our immediate neighborhood is quiet and has virtually no crime, (that is, we have never heard of any crimes committed in our neighborhood). There is a reclining chair and a reclining couch in the second living room.
As hosts, we have earned the highest rating from VRBO (a Premier Host).
We have also always received the very highest ratings from all of our past guests.. Our house is managed by my brother-in-law, who lives nearby in the Villages, and he is available on short notice should any guests encounter any problems during their stay. Our house is fully furnished and is tastefully decorated. Golf cart, is included.

In spite of the VRBO stipulation: that no refund will be made for any cancellation of an advanced booking in the months of just Jan, Feb, and March of 2026, we will refund all amounts paid (or yet to be paid) over $700. In other words, our maximum cancellation penalty is $700. Before making such a cancellation on the VRBO site, we require that you inform us, the hosts, by email at least 48 hours, before doing so.
