Guest Access:
Guests will receive access codes prior to arrival for a smooth check-in. Enter through the Village lobby door or enjoy direct access from the private parking garage.
Guests under the age of 25 must check in with a parent or official guardian.

Gibbons Life’s property is located in the vibrant heart of Whistler Village, British Columbia, Canada.
From here, you’re just steps away from some of Whistler’s most iconic restaurants and bars. Soak up the sun on the patio at the Longhorn Saloon, dance the night away at Buffalo Bills, or book adventures with one of the many activity companies near Carleton Lodge. Our reservations team is also on hand to help you secure the best tables and experiences at one of our many hospitality venues, making it easy to enjoy everything Whistler has to offer.
Getting Around:
Step outside and you’re in the heart of Whistler Village, shops, restaurants, and lifts are all just a short stroll away. Leave the car behind, explore Whistler Village on foot and enjoy the best of the village at your pace.
Other Things to Note:
QUIET TIMES
We encourage you to experience all that Whistler has to offer, including going out to enjoy the nightlife. We ask that you remember that there are other guests throughout the building that might not want to be in on your party, please respect the buildings quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise complaints will lead to a Security call out, a $200 fine or eviction depending upon the severity.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is provided at the end of your stay. For mid-stay or daily cleaning, please contact Gibbons Life (additional charges apply). In support of Whistler’s environmental sustainability initiatives, we encourage guests to reuse towels during their stay. Please note that additional cleaning fees may apply if the condo is left in an undesirable condition.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside or outside of the condo as per strata rules throughout the building. A $500 fine will be applied to your account if there is any smoking in the condo or on the balcony.
PET POLICY
As a house policy, we want to keep the property pet free due to guest allergies. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per night will apply if there is evidence of a pet in the room.
POOL & HOT TUB
Guests enjoy complimentary access to the pool and hot tub at our partner hotel, The Adara. Simply show your Gibbons Life booking confirmation and ID at the front desk to enjoy the facilities from 10 AM – 10 PM. Please follow house rules: minors must be accompanied by an adult, no glassware is allowed in the pool area, and music should not be played. Relax, unwind, and make the most of your Whistler getaway!
Interaction with Guests:
The Gibbons Life team manage our properties remotely from our Village Hub during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). After hours, calls are forwarded to our dedicated after-hours team at our partner property, The Adara, ensuring support whenever you need it.

The best location in Whistler. Perfect for a family or a large group. Can’t be closer to the lifts and right on the Village Stroll. Won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Whistler.

Location location location
Absolutely perfect location. You literally look out your window at the Whistler Village Gondola. The place is exactly as described, is comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and offered great instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Best condo in Whistler
Amazing location and an amazing property right at the base of the lifts in Whistler Village. 3 bedrooms makes it perfect for a family, with a configuration with 12 potential beds makes it perfect for a big guys or girls trip. Concierge service makes it easy to take advantage of Whistler’s many activities. Will rent this condo every time I visit Whistler.

Great location!
Great location to slopes and restaurants. Plenty of beds for large families. Lacking on kitchen utensils and serving bowls. Entry to lobby area was confusing as there was some construction going on. Property management was very quick to respond. Rating would be 4.5 stars if available!

Grandma's birthday getaway
We planned this family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law turning 85. Such an amazing time. Fantastic location. Great size for our group of 9. The beds were super comfy. The space was perfect for us to hang out, play games and eat meals.
The kitchen could use some basic supplies but was nice.
When we notified the property manager they sent us what we asked for.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Christmas 2024
We stayed at The Penthouse - Mountain View for Christmas 2024. The location was AMAZING and well worth the rental price. The only issue we had was HEAT. No matter what we did, the main room was cold! We know there are a lot of windows, and it looked like only one baseboard heater. The heat issue needs to be addressed. Other than the heat, we would highly recommend The Penthouse - Mountain View in Whistler!

Perfect location
The location of the property can't be beat. The views of the mountain are spectacular. The beds were comforable. The bathrooms were small and tight. Wish there was a 4th bathroom to match the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was ok. It was minimally stocked but we ate out all dinners so it worked for us. It's the overall unit that needs work. The dining room cushions are peeling and need replaced. There is a fireplace that puts off no heat and is just a look. There are two smaller tvs in the living room. Should remove wasteful fake fireplace and upgrade to a larger TV. I just feel for the price it should be premium. The Carlton Lodge in general is looking dated also.
