Welcome to our holiday home in Avendorf! Just 1 km from the beach at Fehmarnsund. Featuring a curated collection of Scandinavian mid-century furniture, a fireplace, a garden, and on-site parking. 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, for up to 5 guests.

The lower level features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The living room includes a very comfortable sofa bed (sleeping one person) and a TV with a full range of channels and a DVD player. There is also a lovely fireplace for cozy evenings. A Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth connectivity for playing your own music is located in the dining area, which also features a nice dining table seating up to six people.
The upper level houses both bedrooms, offering sleeping arrangements for up to four people.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house. There are a few personal items of ours; please treat them with respect. If anything gets broken, please let us know!
It’s no problem, we’ll find a simple solution. The bicycles in the garage are not for guest use.

The house is ideal for 4–5 people.

Bed linen and towels are included.

There is a parking space in front of the garage and the 750m² garden invites you to relax or dine outdoors. A garden table and chairs are provided, as well as a Weber gas grill.
Equipment for playing soccer (there is a goal) and cricket, along with beach gear, is also available. The garden features a terrace and a gazebo with seating for five people, perfect for use if it gets too windy.

This lovely holiday home offers 75 square meters of living space and a 750-square-meter garden.

Avendorf is a wonderfully quiet village located just about 1 km from the beach at Fehmarnsund.
Free from tourist crowds, the village features a pizzeria and the "Knust" craft brewery.

The local volunteer fire station and a fire pond are located right across the street.
To pick up fresh bread rolls, you can drive or walk (20 minutes) to the Miramar campsite, which has a small supermarket right by the water.
It is about 5 km to the town of Burg.

Our favorite beaches are the one at the Miramar campsite and the beach in Wulfen.
The nearby cliffs also offer excellent walking opportunities.

Transport:
We recommend arriving by car. Alternatively, you can take the train to Burg and then a taxi to Avendorf.
There is a local community bus service that runs three times a day between Avendorf and Burg.
