This delightful, cozy, and comfortably furnished upper floor condo sleeps 6, and allows sliding door access to the deck overseeing the large heated pool in this canal-front 4-plex with boat dock. Beach access is just steps across Estero Boulevard at access point #25. Ample off-street parking is provided.

This excellent location puts you close to the hustle and bustle of Times Square and all its shops and restaurants should you be able to break yourself away from the relaxing serenity of your quiet hideaway in this tropical paradise!

This condo is air conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you're accustomed to at home. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, meal preparation necessities, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc. Hotel quality, five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

The large shared heated pool with sunning area and chaise lounges is perfect way to relax and wind down a day at the beach. The property is on a canal and offers a boat dock as well.

A short drive to mid-island takes you to the Publix supermarket, but a trolley is also offered for convenient access to Times Square with the stop located just a few steps out from the condo to Estero Boulevard.

In addition, Estero Island and the surrounding areas—including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples—offer an abundance of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Outdoor adventures like fishing charters, snorkeling, jet skiing, and parasailing are all nearby, and with Southwest Florida International Airport just a short drive away, your tropical escape couldn't be easier.

Please note that for large or extended families, the remaining accommodations on this property can be reserved as well, sleeping up to a total of 22 people.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs. and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

Loved our stay!

The Mango

Located across the street from the beach and a mile to the downtown so we were able to walk. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the canal behind the property we watched the fish jumping and the birds. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place perfectly located. Canel has dolphons morher and baby , and a family of racoons drink from pool at night. Construction dust from ft myers beach is allot but expected they are rebuilding.

Ideal location. 5 minute walk to a less populated beach. Communication was great. Property was clean and exactly how it was listed. Off-street parking available. Will for sure rent again!

Fantastic Location, Big Pool, Steps to Beach

My wife and I enjoyed this space. Nice outdoor deck with canal views. It was beautiful to sit outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Big pool was a plus, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach really made it convenient to come back and forth when needed. Management was responsive with any questions I came across. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful space!

Good, but Kind of Sad

Lived in Ft Myers for 22 Years. Lefy in 1996. Used to visit Sanibel yearly until 2020-COVID. Our 1st visit back. Sad, but looking forward to the progression in the years to come! Ft Myers Area is Strong!!!

The unit was very nice.2 nice bedrooms ,beds were comfortable and the area is quiet.Quite a walk to Times Square but we didn't mind this .We chose this place because of the pool and was assured it would be ready after the hurricane,it wasn't .It took about 5 days into our holiday before it was ready ,we did get a partial refund because of this .We had a few issues but these were also dealt with .Make sure you take bug repellent if you like sitting out in the evening on the balcony .Over all we enjoyed our time here .

It’s a Dump

Cockroaches, ants, mold glass in parking space. Broken towel bar, broken toilet paper holder. Mold around bath and baseboards in bathroom. Walls all banged up. Disgusting. Refused to say there, we left!

Great location

This is a very typical older beach town property. It's dated and worn but it is only a 1/2 mile to Times Square, a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and has a nice pool. It's basically what you would get at this price point at this location. The two bedroom upstairs unit was roomy enough for 4 people but the bathroom is small. The pull out sofa is not a good bed option for adults unless some type of mattress topper can be obtained. They provided nice linens and plenty of nice towels, including pool towels. The pool is a good size but there were very few lounge chairs to share across all of the units, however, plenty of other chairs were available. Air Cond worked great and all rooms had ceiling fans. The sliding door to the balcony deck is difficult to open and close and would not lock. Although the neighborhood was and quiet and felt very safe, I would check to be sure this is fixed before renting. The in-unit small washer worked fine but not the dryer, however there is a full size set in the common area on the first floor that worked well. I did report all issues directly to the management company and hopefully they are addressed, because I really liked this property location.
