The ground floor has a kitchen with ceramic hob, small mini grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Here is also the dining table with seating. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, it has natural light. A staircase leads to the upper floor where the living room is located. The living room has a sofa (can be bedded for a guest), a chair, a table and a modern flat screen TV. Our holiday home to the port in Altefähr offers you two beautiful apartments for your holiday on Rügen (30-50 sqm, living room and bedroom or 1 living / bedroom, kitchenette, shower / WC, WiFi, max 3 adults and 1 Child 3 years in travel cot). Our property is quiet and close to nature in front of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, in the small Baltic resort Altefähr directly on the Streler Sund. The beach is only about 300 m. There are also water sports facilities and a large children's playground. Altefähr has a beach and even if the sun does not shine here is an ideal starting point to explore the island of Rügen but also especially the Hanseatic city of Stralsund with its many attractions. The beach of Altefähr is about a 5-minute walk. The house with the two apartments is very lovingly, modern and comfortable. Each apartment has a sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.  Fresh towels are provided upon arrival and beds are already made with linen. The harbor is just 300 m away and boats can be rented and there is a special room for processing the caught fish. A parking lot is available about 150m from our object on a neighboring property free of charge. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. It is about 500 meters to the public transport bus stop.
