lots of issues
Both bathrooms were not clean - there was hair in both showers and on the floors. One shower had very low pressure and only provided luke warm water. All 3 AC units were horribly noisy. We shared our concerns about the awful noise with the onsight property manager and were told someone would check it the next day. But nobody contacted us or showed up the entire week we were there. The living room AC unit was so noisy that we could not run it when we were using this space because you could not talk above the noise. This made the entire unit very stuffy and uncomfortable. Balcony door was difficult to open. Seating options for the tiny living area were nonexisitent. We had to use single chairs moved out from the bedrooms. Some food became frozen in the fridg, and when we turned it down, stuff got warm - there was no happy medium. We drive a Suburban and it was too big for the provided parking garage, so we had to wing it and hope for a spot in the lot outisde the entrance. Very inconvenient. Overall not a pleaseant stay. Thankful the beach was close!
