The kids' room has four single beds, the office has a daybed that transitions into a king bed and still has room for a desk and the guest room has a queen-size bed. The Living room and basement recreation space have comfy sleeping couches as well. The newly finished basement is the ideal entertainment space for family movie nights, video game competitions, pool tournaments, building legos, arts and crafts tinkering, or exercising in the small home gym.

Delight in fruit from the orchards pear, apple, cherry, and peach trees or the mature grapevines and berry bushes on the property as you explore your expansive plot of farmland or enjoy relaxing by the pond watching the fish and frogs frolic.

Conveniently located at the start of the North Fork's famous wine country steps from vineyards, breweries, farm stands, and nature preserves including RGNY Vineyard, Jamesport Brewery, Harbes Orchard, and Hallock State Park Preserve. Just a mile from soaking in the rays at North Shores Iron Pier Beach 6 minutes to South Jamesport Beach and 25 minutes from Pikes Beach in Westhampton.

Important Note: This house is located on an operating, biodynamic farm in its infant stage. The main residence is a ranch-style farmhouse, guests will receive sole access to the main house and property. The is a small apartment and barn not accessible to guest. Guests are welcome to utilize the farm as an immersive experience. Enjoy the freshly harvested produce, ask the farmer questions if you see her and get their hands in the soil if they are so inclined. Please inquire.
