Excellent Location

The condo was very clean and the location was excellent as it was located very close to boardwalk. We loved the balcony view. This was my second time staying here.

weekend getaway

The room was very nice and clean. The resort itself could use some improvements. Musky smell in bottom floor room where the elevators were. No space to park when checking in. Had to back out to Ocean Blvd. Room had all we needed and even some extras. In our opinion, the pillows on the bed were too soft. Overall, one of the best one bedroom places we have ever stayed at.

Great place!

Very Nice!

We stayed here for our family vacation and the inside of the condo was very clean! The exterior of the hotel that the condo is in seems a little sketchy but we had zero issues during our week stay. The condo is beautifully kept and has a breathtaking view od the ocean!

Vacances à la mer

Nous avons loué l’appartement de Yelena et Joël en juillet 2024. Tout était parfait. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé et les hôtes étaient faciles à rejoindre. L’appartement est situé directement sur la plage et possède une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute lors d’un prochain passage à Myrtle Beach.

Location!

This place is wonderful. The sunrise views are absolutely stunning. I enjoyed a morning walk on the beach and watched to sunrise sipping coffee on the oceanfront balcony. Close to the boardwalk and easy trip to the major roads. The condo is very clean and has everything you need.

Great getaway

Everything about the stay was great. Lots of parking, place was very well equipped. Never had to wait for the elevator. Location is great, nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. Boardwalk starts right at this property. This place checked off all of the boxes for us. The only thing I would point out is that the couch is very hard - but I would not subtract a star for that and it would not deter me from staying there again. Communication with host was great. We lucked out and ended up staying one more day.

We’ll Be Back!

This condo is in great shape and has a wonderful beachy feel! It had everything we needed and we felt so at home there. It’s located next to the Boardwalk which makes it so easy to walk to great restaurants and shopping. It’s removed enough from the Boardwalk that it’s nice and peaceful. I loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean waves. So relaxing! I can’t wait to go back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oceanfront Serenity

Conveniently located and well-maintained find in MB. Owners provided explicit information for both arrival and departure. The Welcome notebook shared helpful shopping, dining, and entertainment suggestions. The beach views from the balcony were the best!

Cozy Retreat

The apartment is clean, cozy, and in an ideal location. The hosts provided everything we needed for a great vacation. The elevators are just around the corner and so fast - no long waits. The parking was convenient and we could see our parked car from the 4th floor, which was nice. And we loved the ocean view!

I would give 10 stars if I could!

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach and this property was perfect. It has everything that you need. It is beautiful inside and the view from the fourth floor is amazing! Wonderful communication with the owners from start to finish. Even the front desk staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. Highly recommend!! Thank you for making our first stay a perfect one!

Great vacations !

The location was perfect ! Very nice view of the beach! Nice condo, everything we needed. The king bed is very comfortable. Nice to have beach equipment. Yelena was easy to contact and kind. The place was clean, but not sparkling, i mean you can see that there are a lot of people passing by. The only improvement I would give is to have a little more of essential product, we only had 2 roll of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher capsules, 1 bin bag, etc... for a stay 8 nights , it is not enough and that means you have to buy some at the grocery store. Other than that we had a great stay! Thank you

From booking to checkout, our experience was amazing! Communication was great! The property was as advertised in the pictures. The condo had all necessary amenities and felt like home! The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful! We would definitely stay at Joel and Yelena's property again.

Just what we needed!

I was looking for a place on the beach with an ocean view to enjoy with my kids. This was perfect and just what we needed. The owners were extremely responsive. We all loved the lazy river, too!

Clean, cute, comfortable!

This property is perfect! You get exactly what you see in the photos! It's clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 4! It's also within walking distance of all the attractions on Ocean Blvd. Yelena is very friendly and makes the entire process so smooth and easy. We recommend this property to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach and would definitely book it again if/when we return for another visit.

Everything you need for the beach

The renovated condo was great for my husband and I. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach including chairs and umbrella. It's nice not to have to bring these items. My only issue is the entry door is extremely heavy and difficult to push open.

Beautiful property!

Perfect Location

This has been one of the best properties I have ever rented. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need for cooking. View was gorgeous. Yelena was very quick to respond to any of my questions even before our check in day. Everyone loved the beds and all said they were comfortable. Thank you for helping to make our vacation special!
