The kitchen is complete with new quartz countertops, a coffee/tea bar, modern stainless-steel appliances, and cooking amenities including a blender/toaster/pots/pans/cooking sheets/measuring cups/cutting boards/etc. The beautiful kitchen overlooks the family room with a huge sectional couch and 70" smart TV! Several board games are located in the console under the TV.

The home boasts a king size master suite with a large closet, blackout curtains, and an ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The queen bedroom is in the rear of the home with an adjoining cabana bathroom with walk-in shower and pool access. There is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with two twin sized beds, and a fourth bedroom which also contains two twin sized beds. These bedrooms share the third full bathroom located in the middle of the home.

Last, and certainly not least, is the spacious outdoor pool area with a hot tub, lounge chairs, eating area, outdoor fans, an outdoor refrigerator, and a sectional surrounding a beautiful propane firepit. The pool wouldn't be complete without the underwater lights that illuminate the pool at night! You will not want to leave after enjoying all of the amenities of this home!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:
* Please note we do not allow any pets, smoking, or parties on the property
* There is an extra charge of $35 per night for pool/spa heat. Please note that the pool may be chilly when you arrive, as it takes several hours to warm up on the day of your arrival. The pool generally does not require heat from June - October, as the water is kept warm with the daytime temperatures.
* Please note that there are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home.
