Scottsdale days are best spent enjoying the sunshine, relaxing outdoors, and having a comfortable place to return to. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a private pool, putting green, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and an outdoor dining area perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The home offers two king beds, one in each of two bedrooms, while the third bedroom features two bunk beds. The single-story layout makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay, whether you`re starting the morning with coffee, cooling off in the pool, or preparing dinner outdoors.

Make the most of the backyard with a refreshing swim, a little practice on the putting green, or a relaxed evening around the BBQ. The pool is serviced year-round for guests to enjoy at their convenience. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before check-in.
Pool heat is an additional $100 per day and is available for the entire duration of the stay, with a minimum 3-night reservation.
A $150 trip charge will apply on top of the pool heat fee for requests made on the day of check-in or after the stay has begun.
Pool temperatures are set between 76°F and 78°F, and it takes approximately 12–16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.
