This charming second-floor, fully equipped 3-bedroom condo is perfect for a family vacation! Ocean Reef 203 boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and twin beds in the third, providing ample space for everyone. With 180 TV channels, DVR recording, Wi-Fi, and cabled internet, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a large flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet, complete with a crib for your little one. The master bathroom offers the luxury of both a garden tub and a glass shower. Relax on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area, take a refreshing swim, or head to the nearby beach boardwalk for a seaside stroll. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, this centrally positioned condo provides easy access to everything you need. Downtown and local attractions are just a short drive away, making this the ideal spot for your dream getaway!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

The check-in and check-out process were smooth. The apartment is an older unit but was clean and well stocked. Also super conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine.

Everything was AMAZING, the property?? Family gathering

This was a great condo for our family of 6 and 1 infant. It was close to a beautiful boardwalk that we used evêryday to walk to the beach. The location was also great as it was close to a grocery store. It was located tiwards the quiet end of town. The pool had just been redone and was beautiful! The pool furniture and the deck furniture in the condo neds to be replaced, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

1st time in st augustine

The home was exactly as listed. The only issues we had is 1. The elevator stopped working the first day of our 8 day vacation. I immediately called it in and bc it was Friday rechecked on Monday. Was told that it was a $7k part and wouldn't be fixed through text. The pool was uncleanness until our last 2 days. It took someone else looking at the property and complaining before we ever saw maintenance. I was told this was an HOA issue not worth the homeowner. But how thoroughly are they cleaning when i moved the couch to look for a toy my kid dropped, i found a bunch of cereal, a vape, and a baby pacifier.

A Great Place - Close to everything

The GOOD, a great location, only about 15 mins to Old Town, a 10 minute walk to the beach on a fabulous boardwalk, the place was clean and well stocked, was nice to have a washer and dryer, balcony was wonderful for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, the stairs and elevator were close by and convenient. The Not so Good, really the only thig was the pool wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and was cleaned the day before we left but we aren't swimmers so we enjoyed the bold chairs and relaxed by the pool. It is also advertised as a 3rd floor when in reality it is a second floor.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine. The condo was pretty clean and in good working order. Only a few oddities (like a some dirty clothes left in one of the nightstand drawers), but overall clean and worked very well for our family. The beds were comfortable and good furniture in the living room, and the full sized washer and dryer were great for keeping laundry clean and dry. The pool at the property was fun for the kids, but the pool area could use a little cleaning too (a couple of worrisome wasp nests at the seating area). Some days in the heat it seemed like a bit long walk across the boardwalk to the beach for the kids, but overall not really too bad and a wagon available in the condo that helps carry the beach stuff. Was surprised that 4WD cars can drive and park on the beach, but we did try that a couple of days ($10 a day) and it was something fun and different for getting all the beach stuff and family to the beach. The vehicle beach access is not far from the condo either. The Publix and Winn-Dixie are super close too! Lots of great restaurants close by. We contacted the mgmt company a couple of times during the week and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great family beach vacation and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you! One small improvement suggestion - more plates, bowls, and cups would be helpful for families who like to eat in a lot. Thanks again!

Family vacay

It was an easy-going experiance but the property was not as nice as they said . Pool was nasty the place needs some tlc and the walk to tte beach was way too much. I don't think we will stay there again

Great condo

Great place to stay. Not to far from beach easy access Property wasn’t clean. Floor dirty. Animal hair on top of comforter in bedroom Counters were gritty. Otherwise the condo was perfect for our needs

Perfect Place for Family

Exactly what we were looking for! Location was ideal for our family of 4. With two kids, ages, 11 and 8, we could enjoy the beach, pool, restuarants on the island and were also a short ride to downtown. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise too. Check in was super easy. The place was just as promised, clean and everything we needed. Nice balcony overlooking the pool too. We would definintely stay again!

Pleasant stay

Condo was clean with all the things you need. Beach is about a half mile walk and a twenty minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Pool was cleaned multiple times while we were there for the week. Neighbors were quite and pleasant. Many good places to eat just down the road.

Wonderful condo

We found everything clean and ready. The walk to the beach was not far but if you aren’t able to walk about 1/3 mile, this might be a barrier to getting to the ocean. The pool was really the only thing that was disappointing about this condo.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our time here. Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, some beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use too. The walk to the beach was a little longer than described so we bought a beach pass and drove on beach to a great spot. The bed linens and pillows were in need of replacing and the pool was in desperate need of cleaning, other than those two things it was an enjoyable stay. Beautiful area and very quiet community.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

This property was so easy to check in to, the contact with the rental company was very responsive. The parking was right next to the elevator. There was only one occasion when we weren't the only ones in the pool. The pool is smaller but was the perfect temperature. The furniture in the unit was probably the most comfortable I have ever had on vacation. The end units of the couch and love seat reclined, which was awesome. The tv is huge. Everything was in nice condition. I appreciated having a coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The beach is about a five minute walk across the street. The unit had chairs for the beach as well as an umbrella, and a wagon for transporting everything to the beach which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this unit!

Beach Vacation

Very pleasant property, walked to beach and enjoyed pool. Accommodated children and grand children very well. We are repeat customers and will do so again. We love St. Augustine.

Wonderful relaxation

Perfect spot for family. Easy to get to anything you want to do in St Augustine. Short 5 minute walk to beach down a nice walkway. Love how roomy the unit was!

We have had the best vacation!!! St. Augustine is our ❤️!!

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a quick breakfast and lunch including panini maker and toaster oven!! We enjoyed the ocean during the day and the pool in the evening. Also having an elevator was awesome!! Loved it and will stay here again!!

Beautiful Arrived just before Covid19 Property Manager A Joy To work with

Footnote I arrived at the Beginning of Covid19 and needed to stay briefly to get back to Canada. Property Manager was attentive and worked to help me in a thoughtful manner in relation to getting some resources back. Quick to respond and insightful. Unit warm and inviting with very comfortable furniture and beds. Wish we could have stayed the full time. Unit was big enough to hold 5 of us ranging in range from 10 to 49 easily without feeling cramped. Bright, airy, warm! We would loved to come back. One room has two singles, another a double and we rested in a wonderful king sized bed in a spacious room that had a crib tucked away in a very large closet should you need it. We enjoyed the balcony and ate our bk and dinner outside. Pool was warm and not overly busy. Wonderful and relaxing. Beach was less then 5 minute walk. Beautiful beach nearby. Grocerystore you could easily walk to and on the way home you can pick up Starbucks. Cost - Rental price was very fair . For what you get during a Canadian march break I could not believe how fair the price was. Wonderful location, Great property! This property is well worth a look. I cannot believe I'm giving 5 stars all the way around. I never do that as I'm very picky about where we stay.

Beautiful family friendly condo

This property was so amazing. It was very family friendly with a high chair, full size crib, beach and pool toys all provided. The condo was clean and the neighbors were friendly. Loved our stay!

Nice, very roomy and quiet place near the beach

We are from MD and visit Saint Augustine every summer (for the past 16 years) and we stayed here the first two weeks of August 2019 and were very comfortable. The condo was very roomy, clean, and perfect for 5-6 people. My 21-year old son loved the large tv for his video games and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a quiet time of year in Saint Augustine, so there were no crowds on the beach and we practically had the condo pool to ourselves, which was wonderful. The beach access was across the street and over a long boardwalk, but I found it charming (and the wagon at the condo helped my mother and me tremendously to carry all our beach gear). However, my husband and son's sandals that they left at the end of the walk on the beach were taken while they were in the ocean, so I would recommend not leaving your shoes there or at least concealing them. We did love the close proximity to our favorite restaurants (Mango Mangos, Choc Mool, Burrito Works) and to Publix. And we were charmed by Licorice, the parking lot kitty :) It was a great and relaxing vacation and Endless Summer was again a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Vacation 2019

This condo was perfect for our family of two adults four young children and a teen. Everything was so clean and we had plenty of towels and dishes. It was close to grocery store and restaurants. It was a bit of a walk to the beach with small kids and all the beach stuff. Overall it was a perfect vacation.
