The Ackerman home is private, with views of the surrounding mountains, and you can enjoy the outdoors in the hot tub or dinner on the patio with a grill. The interior boasts beautiful woodwork, a large kitchen, a living room with a floor-to-ceiling window wall, and a TV entertainment room in the basement. This home offers incredible views of the mountains you can enjoy from the kitchen and living.

Have you ever seen a view like this before? See the park before you get there, and we are only 5 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, this home has a large wrap-around deck that provides gorgeous and expansive views of Sequoia National Park.

For added adventures during your visit, we are within walking distance of the Bureau of Land Management, giving you easy access to hiking trails and the best mountain biking trails in the area!

Walk in to experience floor-to-ceiling views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Sequoia National Park.

This bi-level home provides two bedrooms and a loft with ample sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.

The private main bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed, an En-Suite bathroom with a shower, and a private slider to the large expansive deck.

The second private bedroom has a King Bed on the lower level.

The loft space is upstairs, providing two full-size beds and a private balcony. This bedroom is not private, as the loft does have open walls.

Enjoy the hot tub or the deck for grilling and outdoor dining.

Guest access - Entire House but NO Garage Access

The neighborhood is a quiet and rural mountain community. Please keep silent on the back deck as your voices carry! Quiet hours are 9:00 PM.

This was a great place to stay during our trip to sequoia! The house is very comfortable and has beautiful views of the mountains. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a fun addition. The host was great with communication before and during the trip. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely beautiful, this house was the perfect location for our mini vacation to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Our family of four (with two teenagers) found it to be the perfect size where everyone could spread out or hang out together. Check-in was seamless. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to make dinner and the grill was SPOTLESS! If you've ever used a rental house, you know the grill is never clean. This one looked brand new. All the linens were clean, the surfaces were clean. We could immediately get into vacation mode instead of clean mode. The hot tub was clean and a welcome respite after a day of walking. The coyotes seemed to enjoy serenading us every evening. We enjoyed seeing the all the quail and the resident mule deer in the yard. The laundry facilities made packing so much simpler knowing we could wash and dry if we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our precious family time!

Sequoia Trip

We had a lovely time at this property for our Sequoia trip. The property is beautiful, hitting the sweet spot between modern and more traditional. Plenty of room to sit and talk, prepare food, and play games. The place was clean, the bedrooms are well furnished, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice big place if you plan on going to Sequoia. Everything described in listing was accurate. My kids enjoyed sleeping in the upstairs loft and playing the games.

Peaceful Stay

We recently stayed here for our first trip to Sequoia. There were four of us, my wife and two kids. The location was perfect and had wonderful views. It was close to both the national park as well as town. The pictures donā€™t do the property justice. It was well stocked and everything worked as it should have. We did a lot of hiking during the day at the park so having a washer and dryer there was a huge plus. The hot tub also came in handy to help recover from all the hiking during our three night stay. Check in was a breeze, the beds were perfect for us, very comfortable. This will be the place we stay on our next trip there for sure!

Views galore!

This place really has everything you could want. The views are amazing from anywhere in the house and the hot tub too! We had the pleasure of seeing quail and turkeys in the yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked and the sofa is super comfy. Check in and check out are a breeze. If we are in the area again we will definitely be going back!

Excellent stay amazing views.

From the huge living room windows to the hot tub this place was absolutely amazing and if we had any questions they were answered within a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Updated Retro Vibes House

I recently stayed here with my husband, 5-year-old, and our 5-month baby. This house exceeded my expectations! It was spectacularly clean. But my favorite part was the incredible views - visible from the dining table, kitchen, upstairs loft, and deck. No limits on the view possibilities! Views all around. Views of snowcapped mountains while hearing the river flowing was peak relaxation. While you cannot see the river from the house, I don't think you'll mind with the beautiful views. The house had more than plenty towels and blankets. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. I still can't get over the size of the master bathroom (with a separate mirror/vanity) and the walk-in closet! The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The amount of storage in this house was impressive, like way more than we needed but good to have in case you need it. I just adored the retro wood paneling, and all of the other wooden touches and stained glass! We would definitely stay here again and bring friends as there was room for a few more people. We did not end up utilizing the upstairs loft with two beds, but maybe next time!

Clean house, great surrounding town with yummy food

House was very clean and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the decks out back. The house was located in Three Rivers not far from a great fro-yo spot called Three Rivers Yogurt. Highly recommend Sequoia Coffee Company for breakfast, sandwiches, or coffee. Then youā€™ve gotta stop at Reimers Ice Cream one night as well - all of these places are within 10 mins of the VRBO!

Mountain house

Very nice, clean place in the mountains. Not to difficult to get too, yet private. Steep yard, driveway and stairs, maybe not the best for small children, but for adults and teens it was wonderful! We enjoyed the architecture of the house, multi-level deck, loft space with upper deck, hot tub and all the elevated views of the mountains and sunsets! Would stay again!

Perfect Place for Sequoias visit

The location of the house is perfect. Easy to get to and so close to SNP. The views are fabulous! It was a great place to relax when we weren't out and about. My only reason for not rating a 5 is the living room sectional is in desperate need of replacing. Comfy furniture would make it a 5+

Excellent property to stay at we enjoyed the location very much as it was easy access to the five national parks that we visited. There were good restaurants nearby we especially enjoyed the quails every morning and the little ones especially. The place was well equipped with everything we needed beautiful views. Would highly recommend it to anyone
