It features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a plush king-sized bed, laptop-friendly workspace and a private en-suite bathroom. With convenient access to Lee Martinez Park, the Poudre River Trail and Downtown Fort Collins – this is the perfect choice for an extended stay!
This condo backs up to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Trail which is perfect for those who enjoy walking, biking and observing the natural world. It is also a short 10-minute walk from the center of Downtown where you can enjoy shopping, dining, live music and special events. Just imagine taking a scenic stroll along the Poudre River Trail, stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market and then returning home to enjoy a delicious meal on the patio which backs directly to the park. There is nothing quite like the summertime buzz of an afternoon baseball game, cheering fans and the crack of a game-winning home run!

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with a Comcast cable package, dining table with seating for 4, indoor fireplace, board games, ceiling fans, and laptop-friendly workspaces in each bedroom
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: Both bedrooms have an en-suite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We also include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay

NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence since the yard is shared with the upper level.
