Beautiful Location in Resort 302A

This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units. This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and private. As you enter 302 unit from its back stairs where you park on the ground floor. The small entry on this floor allows you to choose two locked doors. To the right is the entry door to your three-bedroom unit (the other locked door is the two-bedroom unit). The stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath, dual sinks and tub/shower. Two queen bedrooms that are Jack and Jill shared bath shower with dual sinks and another W/D. In the hall on this floor is a loft bed, like bunk beds but queen on floor and twin on top. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 75 in large TV, kitchen and living, fireplace, 4 chair dining room table, large cooking island with 8 high top chairs sofa, and easy chairs sofa and futon The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella, pergola, sofa and love seat, and Adirondacks seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV. Parking for 3 cars, upcharge for additional.

Lovely place to stay

Had a family gathering here for a long weekend. Loved the location and convenience. The facility was spacious enough for family. Kids enjoyed fusball table and roof top was very special. Coffee and a beach view.

A great location, and a clean and spacious place!

Can't say enough about this place! Everything is clean, with a fully stocked kitchen for house chefs indoors and grill masters on the spacious roof-top deck. The location was perfect for my family, as well as friends that had visited for dinners. It's a block and a half from the beach, shopping and dining, which is so much quieter at night than being on the shore. Also, Jon was a pleasure to talk to and was easily accessible whenever needed.

Great location

It wasn’t the exact unit that I originally looked at but pretty much the exact thing! Jon answered all of our questions and was super helpful when we needed something. Also got a great treat with the oceana sea show on the rooftop!

Great Location

Parking situation was a bit frustrating. The pictures of the interior were misleading. The furniture had stains and the baseboards and quarter round was dingy. The mail level floors had many scarred areas and although bathrooms and kitchen were clean, all other surfaces were dusty, including all of the blinds. For the price for 3 nights the condition of interior were not what we were expecting

Thanks, for the review. My cleaning and maintenance crew do there best during a busy summer season. They are trying very hard to make your stay excellent.
