Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very loud exhaust fan in bathroom wired with the light over vanity. There was not a balcony or patio as pictured and mentioned in the description. This was frustrating as it was the reason to choose this rental. However, we did enjoy the roof top of the tower for nice views of the lake and two beautiful sunsets.

The property is very nice and well kept. The condo is in a great location. You're very close to the lake and also close to the main drag in Branson. We had an issue with the heater/AC but they sent someone out right away to help.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Branson for thanksgiving and have always wanted to stay at Bransons Nantucket and our stay was just as I imagined! Everyone was so friendly and the place was cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and very nice. The sofa pull-out needs a new mattress but otherwise everything was comfortable. The listing ended up having several flights of outdoor stairs. I wish we had realized that as we have some medical conditions that make stairs difficult.

Great place

Very clean and nice. Very spacious and great for the family. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was very easy and simple. Loved that it had a full size washed and dryer and a full kitchen. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect retreat

Stayed here to meet up with family and already plan on booking again for our own private getaway due to the great price, location and amenities. I couldn't get this on the strip but the location to the strip is very close. Very clean and quality finishes inside the condo. But the best part is the view... either from the balcony or the roof top. I could spend the whole time just enjoying the lake view. Amazing!

The room we were given was NOT the room shown on the listing, nor did it say anywhere in the listing that there would be an option of another room. I booked this room for the view shown in the pictures… we ended up on a ground level room with no view and a kitchenette. When we asked the front desk why we were in this room instead of the one shown on the listing they said the host chose that room for us and that we would have to contact him and that they would try to contact him as well. The host did not answer multiple phone calls or messages. He finally answered after hours and tried to blame the front desk for placing me elsewhere. He offered to approve a room switch but it was after hours and the front desk was closed. It really is a bummer because this was a nice place we just didn’t get what we paid for.

Branson Nantucket

We enjoyed our stay here at Branson Nantucket. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. We arrived late so we weren’t aware of the late check in policies. Front desk closes at 8 pm so all of your checkin paperwork and key was left in the mailbox. There is a sign stating this but we called for help just to make sure. Check out is 10 am not 11 like the listing says. Not a huge deal but good to know. The pictures aren’t the exact unit we stayed in but we could see the water from our balcony and it was a very nice view! Only recommendation I would suggest is a more accurate description of the property/unit. I would assume the reservation process is first come first serve but the unit was very clean, inviting and cozy. We would stay here again!

Things to know

Hopefully this helps with future bookings for others. The unit was definitely clean and very pretty/nice. However, something to know. This location is at Nantucket in Branson. Its a time share unit/style booking situation. I booked this unit expecting a balcony/lake view as the photos show. I did not get this, as in the unit in the pictures. I spoke with the property immediately after check in and they dont really have anything to do with the posting. Apparently they provide whatever is available at check-in/booking. This was confirmed in later messaging with property booker. If this doesnt really matter to you, great place! But if you are expecting lake views/balcony to drink coffee on I would enquire a little deeper first and/or browse other locations.

Great location and unit. Immaculate and new. Checkin was easy and fitness and pool were very nice. Owner charged me when I asked a question about washer and dryer. Fortunately the answer was favorable. Needed to be able to launder my daughters clothes between terms as a camp counselor. Second message to owner was ignored, day before check in. On arrival, my name was not listed as owner had advised would be process. Receipt was sufficient for property manager. Ñisting is somewhat misleading in that bedroom flows into living space. There is no door, just one space. That may be a problem for families wanting privacy from pullout or children needing sleep. I would absolutely stay again. Met needs well. Full sized new washer and dryer. Rating is lowe for communication, not unit.
