The approx. 70 qm (with roof terrace over 80 qm) large apartment is on the 1st Floor of a family house.

The apartment consists of a bright living room with a large 55 inch flat screen TV incl. Netflix via Amazon Fire TV Stick, radio and CD player. An old piano underlines the mix of old furniture paired with a modern interior. From the large living-dining room you have access to a 13 sqm, sunny roof terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the garden, the surrounding vineyards, forests and the Kinheimer Höhe. An ideal place to relax and unwind. Of course, the garden is also available for you to linger.

The separate, newly designed kitchen - in light natural tones - includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and oven. In addition to the coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mixer, there is a Senseo coffee machine. A complete equipment of kitchen inventory is a matter of course.

The bathroom is new, very fine with a large shower, toilet and an individual, very special washing facility. A hair dryer is part of the standard, as well as sufficient towels, shower towels and a bathroom scale.

The spacious bedroom - also in natural tones - offers enough space for the large bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with Tempur mattress, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. A rocking chair emphasizes the cosiness of the room. Cot and high chair are also available.

The minimum stay for the apartment is 3 nights.
