Renovated, new pet-friendly rental near Bay/Beaches!

We lovingly call this our “Zen Place.” Whether your commute brings you in from Bayshore Road or a short jaunt from the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, you`ll be overcome with a sense of calm and relaxation as you pull into the driveway of this cozy and welcoming home. This formerly private home has undergone extensive interior renovations over the winter, and now awaits vacation stays of up to six people, as well as one of your most faithful canine companions. Waking to a gorgeous sunrise in either bedroom is the norm here, as well as in the Queen sofa bed in living room. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner in our gorgeous and inviting sunroom, then a relaxing cocktail, or two, in the evening hours. Enjoy a 5 minute bike ride to the beaches at Delaware Bay, the Ferry and its restaurants and nightlife, or to our favorite spot in the neighborhood, Harpoon Henry`s (also pet-friendly in designated areas) at Beach Drive & Browning Ave. There are 4 new 26” cruiser bikes yours to use in the garage, as well as a “little red wagon” loaded with kids’ beach toys. Downtown Cape May, wineries, breweries, bike trails, and birdwatching stations are only 5-15 minutes away by car. Just minutes from Exit 0 of the Garden State Parkway, the Wildwoods/Amusement Park/Boardwalk/Beaches and all the fun they offer can be reached in 15 roughly minutes. This lovely Bayside retreat is also available throughout the year offering 2-3 night stays from September - May. We`re certain your stay here at “Our Zen Place” will create relaxing memories to last a lifetime…come be our guest!*There is an additional $200 pet rent fee for up to ONE approved dog and a weight restriction enforced.* (All tenants must bring their own linens/towels or arrange to rent same with one of the local linen companies in town).This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly. **UPDATE ON COFFEE MAKER: Cuisinart coffee maker with drip coffee maker and Keurig all in one.**

Loved the location, truly felt like our home. Very accommodating Only downfall last 2 nights — mice were present. Not good When in our food and feces on table by stove.

We appreciate you alerting us to this issue and truly wish you let your Realtor/office know when discovered so that we could have jumped on a solution for you immediately as this has not happened at our property before. We have this currently being addressed so that it won't be an issue with any future guests and apologize that we didn't know sooner so we could make your stay a full 5 STAR experience as we always strive to do for our guests!

Told there were no sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, but all that was there. So I overpacked for no reason. Electrical switches and lamps and plugs in bedroom were not great. Great sunroom and backyard. Kitchen old. Cracked my shin on bedframe. Bedrooms tiny. But we had a great time here!

Quiet. Quaint. Clean.

Quiet. Quaint. Clean. The place felt so cozy. We loved that it was not within walking distance to any attractions but was very conveniently located to them because we got to just relax after visiting them. From Sunset Beach to the craft fair to the Naval Aviation Museam , which is dog friendly...the location is perfect.
