Pool and hot spa heating is $35 per day. There is minimum 5 days order. If your stay is less than 5 days, it will be charged for 5 days. The pool heating needs to be for your entire trip. We do not accept partial of the trip unless the trip is longer than two weeks. Please note it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat. If you order pool heating after your arrival it will be additional $35 turn on fee. Florida Law states that the pool heat cannot be above 88 degrees Fahrenheit and spa heat above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If the air temperature lowers to 60 degrees or less, then although the heater operates for longer hours than in warmer weather, they will not be very effective, and the water temperature will not reach comfortable temperature.

HOUSE RULES
 
 
MINIMUM AGE
The Lead Guest must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home. 


NO PARTY OR EVENT
Large parties or gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The local counties have a 10pm-8am noise ordinance in effect. Any violation of this will result in law enforcement assistance and immediate removal from the property. The community has the right to prohibit you from returning for violating this as all communities have a no tolerance policy for parties. You may also receive a $1,000 penalty from the host. 
 
 
SELF CATERING
The Vacation Home is self-catered, the home will come supplied, a mini bar soap in each bathroom, 1 mini set of shampoo and body wash per guest, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, a small bottle of dish detergent, a foam scrub, and a trash bag. All additional items and supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest to purchase. 

 
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT TIME
The property is available after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested for a $45 fee and are subject to approval. 
 

NO SMOKING
If any signs of smoking are detected (such as ashes, smoke smell, etc.), the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
 

OCCUPANCY LIMIT
By booking this home, you agree to provide the names (and ages) of all guests. If the guests count change, you agree to notify such change accordingly. In accordance with Fire Marshall regulations, the home's maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at anytime. Violation of the occupancy maximums will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the property. You may also be subject to a penalty of $100 per person that exceeds the occupancy. The local government licensing authority prohibits your visitors from staying in the Vacation Home overnight. Only the persons listed as guests you gave to us may stay in the property after 10 p.m. Homes at Champions Gate Property Management LLC reserves the right to check on the occupancy of every home after arrival at any time. According to local Fire Marshall Regulations, the maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded: 
7 bedrooms = 14 person maximum
Or,
6 bedrooms =12 person maximum
occupancy.
Children are counted, unless under age of 3.
 

NO PET
Pets and other animals will not be accommodated at any time. Should an unauthorized pet be found at the property during your stay or evidence after departure, a penalty of $300 will be charged from lead guest. Service Dogs as defined under ADA are exempt from this policy under Florida Statute 413.08  
 

LINEN, BEDDING, and TOWELS
We only provide one set of towels per guest and one set of linens each bedroom. Towels include: bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels. Guests are responsible for the towels, linens, and bedding placed in the home. Should the towels, linens, or bedding go missing or become damaged during your stay, the lead guest may be charged. Bath towel $15, hand towel $6, face towel $4, pool towel $15 each. Fitted sheet $20 and flat sheet $15 each. Pillow case$4 each.
 

TRASH
Guests are responsible for proper trash disposal during their vacation stay. Trash is collected every morning from the bench outside of your home. All trash needs to be bagged to be picked up. Please start to put the trash outside the night before your check out day so they can be picked up properly. We only supply one (1) initial trash bag. Guests will need to supply trash bags for the remainder of the stay.
 

POOL and SPA
The Property Owners do not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. Local laws apply.

Please note that it takes about 24-48 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. During winter months, pool heater will generally heat the pool to around 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If the air temperature lowers to 60 degrees or less, then although the heater operates for longer hours than in warmer weather, they will not be very effective, and the water temperature will not reach comfortable temperature. We regret that in these circumstances a refund of part or the entire supplementary charge paid is not possible and your understanding of this important matter is an essential part of this reservation.
