2 BR/2 BA MOUNTAIN-FACING end unit with extra windows, on top floor, with large private deck and unobstructed views of Stratton Mountain! Best unit at Long Trail! Wake up to enjoy a cup of coffee on your deck overlooking the mountain and end it with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the slopes...

Long Trail House is just steps away from the village restaurants, bars, shops and the ski lifts! Whether you are a skier or not, there are endless entertainment options from this perfect location. Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool with mountain views, soothe your muscles in the resort’s hot tubs, or heat up in the sauna. Sit by the grand stone wood-burning fireplace in the lodge’s common room to read a book and enjoy the complimentary coffee and pastries. Slip out back and go ice skating on the Common’s Mill House Pond and then warm up with a hot cocoa by the fire pits. After a long day of skiing and apres-ski festivities in the village, stroll back home to your cozy condo to cook a meal in your kitchen and relax by the gas fireplace.

The full kitchen features full-size appliances and all the cooking equipment you need to create your favorite meals! Board games, cards and puzzles are also provided for fun family entertainment. Ski locker on-premises to store your equipment. Underground heated parking spot for one car. A/C in summer.

Long Trail is located only 20-25 minutes away from the acclaimed restaurants and shopping outlets in Manchester, VT.
Winter activities: Snow tubing, ice skating, cross country/Nordic skiing, fat bike rentals, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, outdoor heated pool / hot tubs, events/holiday fireworks and kids’ nights out (see Stratton Mountain Events).
Summer/Fall activities: Hiking, golf, mountain biking, fishing, yoga, kayaking, paddle-boarding, outdoor pool / hot tubs with grills, scenic lift & gondola rides, leaf-peeping, nature walks, paint ball, ATV Tours, events/holiday fireworks/ concert series/ outdoor movie nights (see Stratton Mountain Events & Activities for dates/more info), and the nearby Bromley Mountain Adventure Park (rides, zipline, waterslide etc.).

Sleeps up to 8 with a Queen bed in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bedroom, and a Full-size pull-out couch.

Excellent Fall Getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend stay. The condo was exceptional - clean, comfortable, fabulous view from the balcony and perfect location in close proximity to the village. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Stratton, and we will certainly book again next time we visit!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at this impeccably clean and well appointed rental. Directly in front of the mountain, restaurants, shops. Location can’t be beat. We are a family of five with three young boys; plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy. Beds are comfy. We will def be back!

Family ski weekend

Had a great weekend in Stratton. Location was extremely convenient. Access and parking was very easy (condo came with an indoor garage). Condo was clean and just the right amount of space for a weekend with a family of five with kids. Would return.

Wonderful Stay!

Great condo with the best view overlooking the village and the mountain. Very well upkeep, decorated for the holidays was a great touch, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, everything you need. Ski lockers were easy to access and a very short walk to lifts. Will definitely book again! Thanks Happy New Year!

Stratton Getaway!

Gail is an excellent host! This lovely condo had absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed! Just steps to the village and restaurants made it a great location! Stress free move in and move out! (Parking in the lower level of the building, with 'hotel' luggage carts at the ready made it so easy.) We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend!

Stratton Ski Vacay

The location and view is awesome. You can park your car and forget it. Easy to take. Break skiing and and grab lunch in the condo…so close. We made dinner one night and had everything we needed. Check in and out was very easy. We had six adults (3 Couples) and had plenty of space. Will definitely stay again.

All you could want for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful condo. Lots of windows & light. Huge balcony & gorgeous views. Super comfy couch & beds. Great set up & well appointed unit - cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location. Best views at The Long Trail House & Stratton. Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to anything we needed. Will absolutely stay again.

Lovely Condo with Great Views

We had such a nice time! Thank you Gail for sharing your home. It was perfect for our vacation!! The condo was lovely and well equipped, beautiful view of the mountain and sunsets, and easy short walk to lifts and village. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with the adults and kids, and the vintage bookshelf games were a lot of fun at the end of the ski day. We definitely would like to come back!

Great Summer Stay

Stayed for 5 days in August and this place delivered on the goods. Great sunny top floor corner unit with large deck and Mountain View’s perfect for working on your tan or having an afternoon cocktail before walking into the village for dinner. Living room is nicely updated with large smart TV, fast wifi and a cozy sectional couch. Beds are comfortable and the house was very clean and ready for guests on arrival. Would stay again summer or winter. Thanks!

Perfect Stratton Mtn location

The unit is so convenient to Stratton Mtn. No need for shuttles to go skiing. Just walk across the street. We appreciated the underground parking during the snow storm during our stay. The unit is very well stocked and comfortable for our two families. The building is also great with ski lockers on the 2nd floor, free laundry on each floor and coffee on weekends. We are sure to stay here again.

Great Condo Close to Slopes and Village

We stayed for the weekend at this condo and it was exactly as described. It was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very easy to work with and responsive. Everyone enjoyed the two outdoor hot tubs and heated pool! The village was directly across the street and the lifts were a quick 5 minute walk. Coming home for lunch was very easy to avoid high price lodge food. The kids also enjoyed the ice skating directly behind the building! We would absolutely stay here again!

Truly exceptional!

We were so delighted by this property… we came the week before Christmas (and got 2 feet of snow on the mountain the night we arrived)! Key for me is that this is a top floor unit, meaning you don’t have loud people running around above you at all hours of the night (which seems to happen on every other ski trip we take). It was so awesome to be able to pull in the car, grab a luggage cart, and then not unpark the car again for our whole stay. We brought breakfast groceries with us, and everything worked great. The owners have put in little nice touches like bins in the bathrooms to store toiletries as well, so it helped to be able to keep things tidy. A couple things to note: I would recommend bringing a combination lock for the ski lockers in the basement. We didn’t have one and just left them unlocked, which was fine, but probably nice to have. Also, the laundry is public and located outside the unit, but is free and runs its cycles fast, so we had no issues using it. We really felt like we scored, total home run for a trip…. We hope to return again!
