The Space:
This resort style home offers high end finishes, luxury kitchen appliances, pool, pool table, and much more. It is perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The gigabit speed internet offers the highest speed wifi in the area, enabling you to stream from all 5 TV's and work remotely if needed.

The backyard is a south Florida oasis, with a heated pool ($100 per night). There is bar seating, a sofa, and sunbathing chairs available for guests to use. This area is perfect to cool down in the Florida sun, unwind while reading a book or enjoy an evening cocktail by the pool. There is a propane grill, outdoor shower and games such as connect four available for guests in the backyard.

The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. This newly renovated space is equipped with a Bertazzoni oven and microwave. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the living room, pool table and dining area all at the same time. The island has barstool seating for four guests, which is just a few feet away from the dining area, which is an all glass table, that seats 8 guests. Eat dinner overlooking the pool and backyard light up at night.

The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 75" smart TV can be seen from the couch, pool table and kitchen, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.

There is a giant greenery wall with 'SOFLO' signage along the entryway by the front door. This wall is ideal for snapping photos, to create a memorable trip with family and friends.

The master bedroom has a king bed, paired with a single twin bed to accommodate up to three guests in the room. There is a mini-split AC unit inside the room to control the temperature inside the room, separate from the rest of the house. The bedroom has a 55" TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. The master bedroom has French doors, for direct access to the pool deck. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, large LED mirror and an oversized walk in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full length mirror and and oversized dresser.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and two single beds to accommodate up to four guests. This room also has a full bathroom, desk for working, and a kitchenette. There is a TV in the bedroom for live TV or streaming. This room is ideal for families traveling with children, that want a little more privacy from the rest of the group. The bedroom includes a full length mirror and a closet. This bedroom also includes a mini-split AC unit to control the temperature in the room if you'd like it to differ from the rest of the house.

The second guest room is a bright and airy room, which includes a queen bed, full length mirror, mounted TV and custom closet to store your luggage.

The third guest room has one king bed and has direct access via French doors to the pool deck. Wake up to the Florida sunshine and glistening blue pool. This bedroom has a mounted TV and a large, open closet.

Guest rooms two and three share a full bathroom equipped with a walk in shower. This bathroom has a door that opens to the pool deck as well.

Inside the house, there is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure.

The house comes with a two car garage. Inside the garage there are two bicycles that are provided for guests. The bicycles come with helmets and a bike lock. As soon as you park and unpack your luggage, the beach, restaurants and bars are a brief bike ride away. Additionally, the garage comes fully stocked with beach essentials such as an umbrella, kids beach toys, beach towels. lounge mats, etc.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
Coral Ridge is a prestigious neighborhood, located 1 mile from Lauderdale by the Sea. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops are just steps away. The Lauderdale by the Sea beach is beautiful and open year round. Nearby golf courses available.

Getting Around:
You are able to walk to some restaurants, bars and Starbucks. You may also use the two bicycles that are included with your stay to get around town or bike to the beach. Uber/Lyft rides are easily accessible.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
