Guests have full access to the entire cottage. There are no shared accommodations here but my property manager lives nearby and is available.

Other things to note
Parking is free in the driveway only (no street parking).

Cottage AC does the best it can, it's not been an issue previously but on extreme heat days may provide limited cooling.

Capacity can be increased to 12 depending on the length of stay, please inquire.

Games Room is in the workroom in the basement with a lower ceiling.

This is a luxury cottage and for that reason only responsible, mature guests will be accepted. All guests must register with the local property managers including providing names and ages of all guests and abide by community rules. License plates of vehicles must be provided as well to security and no extra vehicle or guests are allowed beyond those in the reservation.

You'll be able to enjoy the entire property, it's a fantastic cottage. There is nothing shared with anyone but yourselves.

This cottage is beautiful, all guests must register with local property management and beaver valley security, license plate numbers for on-site vehicles are also required.

The 6th bedroom is not included with the rental due to regulations in the county of maximum guest count. Please inquire in advance if you need the extra bedroom.
