Kevin was extremely rude and difficult to communicate with. The home was functioning properly, but he repeatedly demanded a full refund. I would not host him again and advise other hosts to be cautious. Be ware

Holiday Stay

We stayed with 6 adults and one 2 year old. The house was just as advertised and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and deck area. We also appreciated how close it was to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

View was amazing! Got to see boats going by! House conveniently located close to beach and pier! House was clean and beautiful and well stocked!we will definitely stay again!

Relaxing get away!

We had a great time staying here. We were able to sit by the pool and enjoy the intercostal and then just walk a few blocks to the beach. A wonderful way to spend some relaxed time! The home was clean and well kept.

Anniversary Getaway

Quiet neighborhood on a very busy waterway. Relax in the quiet inside or relax next the waterway in the swimming pool and enjoy the boats passing by. The beach and other things are just a quick walk away. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views

The property sits on the Intercoastal and the views were just beautiful. We spent a lot of our time sitting out back watching the boats go by and enjoying the pool. Short walk to the beach and Pompano Pier where we would grab something to eat. A wonderful stay.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!

The perfect location! We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants and any stores that we needed. The yard was perfect!!! Watching the boats go by was absolutely beautiful!!! Pool was great, plenty of seating and the bbq was a plus. Had an amazing stay, thank you!

Great spot looking out over the inter coastal. We had a minor issue with the pool and it was addressed immediately. Great property manger.

Fun despite the rain

The heated pool was a hit with young kids despite almost constant rain and high winds. The hosts were flexible and quick to respond which was great. Catching puffer fish off the dock was also a highlight.

Beautiful home in a great location.

This was the best vacation our family has had. We were all able to get together and there was plenty of room. The back yard and pool were great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the rest of the house too but we stayed outside most of the time. I will definitely recommend staying here. I had a few questions and they were answered right away. It felt very comfortable.

Wonderful Experience

My stay in Pompano was a wonderful experience, the location is perfect because in addition to being 2 blocks from the beach, it has the sunset on the deck facing the canal. Everything is well taken care of, the house has all the kitchen and barbecue utensils and perfect attention to the guest. I will definitely come back more often!

A little outdated

Nice location. The patio are is amazing. The house has issues, several lights dont work, the AC can not cool under 73 degrees otherwise you get charged for the repairs (it states it will get damaged), not enough towels, not enough shampoos/soaps (so you better bring yours)

Dirty and Needs complete remodel

Property has a good location and great views of the inter coastal. However this property needs a COMPLETE remodel. It was dirty and in its condition should NOT be rented out until a complete remodel and cleaning has been done.

We very much enjoyed the property and our visit! We tried to use the grill but think it’s out of gas (and it looks pretty shabby). Also there were several light bulbs either missing or burned out. All else was good, thanks!

Relaxing

This property met all of our expectations. There were a few issues during our stay that needed attention and the owner's were on top of things to get them fixed quickly. We spent most of our time out by the pool relaxing and you can not beat the view or atmosphere near the waterway. If I could recommend anything to the owner it would to get a new pool cleaning service. We asked to have the pool cleaned again while we were there since it got pretty dirty from a storm the ight before our stay. The pool cleaner was nice enough to make a stop, but other than putting in some chemicals he would have never vacuumed the pool, if I didn't say something to him. The pool is a major selling point for this location, so I would make that the cleanest nicest part of the property.

I’m Eliana, originally from Brazil and I love Pompano Beach because it is my second house! This is my favorite place to relax and stay with my family. I’m a traveler with my husband, I intend to visit a lot of places and meet different people.

This house is simple and amazing at the same time. We can walk to the beach, to the pier or just watch the really beautiful yatches coming and going in the Intracoastal. Everything right in our backyard! That’s why we chose this house and it's very special for me and my husband. We love having a drink on the deck enjoying the wonderful sunset. My grandchildren are in love with this place. We enjoy good times together in this house, good memories certanly!

Enjoying a beach with clear sand, transparent and warm water is certainly a good idea and we deserve this pleasure. Just walking Great nearby restaurants, many places to visit, go for a walk with your pet, family and
friends. Just walking a few minutes you can reach the beach, the Pier and great nearby restaurants. Nearby there is a Marina, where you can rent a boat or jetski to explore the small channels that leave the main channel. Or you can even go out to sail in the ocean, a few minutes away from the house.
