We are a Tulsa-based family who enjoys travel, great food, and exploring new places. We created this home to reflect the kind of stay we look for when we travel—comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

This home is located in one of Tulsa’s most walkable and vibrant areas. Brookside is just a short walk away and offers a great mix of restaurants, coffee shops, local boutiques, and everyday conveniences. It is the kind of neighborhood where you can easily step out for a meal, grab coffee, or explore without needing to drive.

The Gathering Place is also nearby and is widely considered one of the top public parks in the country. It features thoughtfully designed playgrounds, gardens, open spaces, and miles of trails that make it a destination for both visitors and locals. Just beyond that, the River Parks trail system runs along the Arkansas River and provides a scenic setting for walking, running, or biking.

What we love most about this location is the balance it offers. The home sits on a quiet, tree lined street that feels relaxed and residential, while still being just minutes from some of the best parts of Tulsa. Downtown, Utica Square, and the Philbrook Museum are all a short drive away, making it easy to experience the city without giving up comfort or convenience.

This home combines a great Midtown location with a comfortable, well designed layout. The king suite, flexible second bedroom, and multiple living spaces make it easy to relax and spread out.

The front porch swing is a guest favorite, and the private backyard patio with grill adds another place to unwind. Off street parking makes arrivals and daily outings simple and convenient.
