Unfortunately, this was a difficult guest to host. The concerns raised were about amenities that were never listed in the property description, and one outdated photo was corrected as soon as it was brought to our attention. Despite our communication throughout the stay, there was an expectation of compensation for amenities that were not advertised. Additionally, the group used every spare towel and extra set of sheets in the house, creating significantly more laundry and turnover work than expected. Based on this experience, I would not host this guest again.

The kitchen was a fancy kitchen. All the amenities were excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable for my family. Bathrooms were great. The thermostat for the heater wasn't working but I got a hold of the owner and he sent the manager right over to take care of it, his name is Michael and he was super nice and helpful. The home is so beautiful. The yard is fantastic. The upper deck was great with a view of the city. We wenr for the Broncos and Cowboys game and the walk to the stadium wasn't very far, about a 30 minute walk. Overall I fully recommend this property!

The house was pretty clean, but the sheets were very rough and I have bites on my legs after staying in the basement. There was construction going on next door, which isn’t a huge deal but was a little bit annoying For the price I paid over the weekend. I think there should’ve been softer sheets and a notice of construction.

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear the house was clean. I just bought brand-new, 100% cotton sheets, which can sometimes feel firmer before they’ve been washed multiple times. Regarding the bug bites, I was not aware of any issues, as we live in the home and have not encountered this ourselves. As for the nearby construction, we understand how that could have been inconvenient and I am happy to report they are nearing completion.

Denver vacation

Our family had a great time at this property. We used it as a home base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Red Rocks and the city of Denver. The train is conveniently located to the property for easy access to Downtown Denver and was only a 20 minute drive from Red Rocks. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The appliances in the kitchen are top notch and the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. We would love to come back on our next trip to Colorado😀

Denver Weekend Stay

The property was overall clean however appears to have some settling issue as noticed several cracks mostly in the lower level and some doors were hard to open! The street parking is definitely an issue as well as some construction on nearby property was being done!

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay as much as we'd hope. The home sits on caissons, which is perfectly safe. What you are seeing is changing temperatures in Denver from extreme cold to extreme heat, causing the look in the drywall. This has been addressed. The construction is constant in Denver and the home next door is finished. We hope you give us another shot next time you're in Denver. Thank you.

This was a very nice house, but we had a lot of trouble entering and leaving due to a mostly inoperable digital front door lock. There were known problems with the lock before we arrived as the property manager was working on it, replacing the batteries, etc before we arrived, and the lock took longer and longer to operate until it failed totally after five days. All of our issues were easily preventable had a backup plan been in place for a known issue before we arrived. As it turned out, the lock completely failed five days into our seven day rental, and we were stuck out in the 98 degree sun after a long hike. Calls to the owner and management company went unanswered for three hours and the management company said they could not get there for an additional three hours due to them working a large event. We also texted the owner, but he did not respond for 48 hours. This is totally unacceptable. There was no hidden key as a backup for any door and nobody available to contact. We were able to eventually breath life into the lock after researching it with Google for work arounds, which mostly involved using a 9 volt battery, which was also unavailable, and not hidden somewhere on the property.
