We had an absolutely lovely stay. The house was so cute, tidy, and in a great location. The hosts were so kind, thoughtful, and attentive. We will absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay overall. The management company was very responsive and was checking in on if anything was needed during the stay. Only thing i would note is the listing didnt say that the small fenced in area is shared with another cabin. Both cabins being dog friendly could of caused issues if both let their dogs out at the same time. Felt like we were living ontop of them with how close and the cabins were and small the outside area was. Bumped into the neighbors multiple times. Was the only issue we wish we would of known that when we were booking.

The location and size was perfect for out weekend concert plans up in Duluth, the ac worked perfectly and was refreshing after so much walking.

This unit was comfortable. The beds were great for a sound sleep. Very large kitchen, living and dining area was roomy. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch or back deck. Surprisingly found the downstairs bathroom by opening a door in the laundry area, The only thing that was a little difficult was the shower in the upper bath which had a weird ring on the foucet to pull down on to get the water to spray. Really close walk to the beach on Lake Superior. Canal Park is easy access by foot. We would stay there again.

Seaglass cottage is located just across the road and sand dunes from the amazing Park Point Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is outfitted with everything you need. The cool breezes of Duluth allow fresh air with open windows but if itā€™s too hot, the cottage has AC. We especially appreciate the plentiful wash cloths and towels. The dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer are a really nice way to help guests feel like they can relax. The two porches are wonderful spots to visit or read. Heirloom Vacations make check in and checkout extremely easy. The only crazy thing is the cost of requesting an earlier check-in or check-out. It is already pricey and it would be a considerate touch to allow some flexibility since it isnā€™t very relaxing to have to hang around waiting until 4:00 to check in or to RUSH on a Sunday morning to check out by 10:00AM.

The house is wonderful, simple but incredibly well furnished with full kitchen and W/D. Hosts were very responsive. Towels, dishes/plates/utensils all abundant and quality. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beds were comfortable. There were no sheets or blanket specific to the pull out bed. I just wasnā€™t impressed by the hosts or the stay. The glasses were still wet from being taken out of the dishwasher. There was fish soap but no dishcloths. I was under impressed.

Cute Park Point Cottage

Perfect little cottage for a getaway. Beach access is right across the street and itā€™s a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. Property managers were easy to communicate with also.

Girls weekend!

The parking was misunderstood. We used two parking spaces. There were additional spaces used by your company vehicles but no place for the additional home on the lot. They came to the door complaining of the parking situation. We had no idea when the home was listed as being available for 6 people that we would have only one parking space.

Pleasant, but.....

To start off the interior of the property was well maintained, amenities were sufficient, and access to clean sheets , pillows, and pillow cases was convenient. Location: The location was across the street from beach access, great! Otherwise it was sandwiched between 2 fenced off lots, and a neighbor who watched my wife from their window. The address was hard for food delivery to find, and it was a little strange having a second family staying a few feet from out back porch.Security: laughable, there was four locks keeping the front door locked. The pin code for the side door was embarrassingly simple to guess and clearly not changed from guest to guest allowing any past guess to return, and the back sliding door had a rickety bar preventing intrusion.WiFi Tech and Appliances: The WiFi password was silly complicated BUT the WiFi was super strong and supported several devices with absolutely no issue. There was only one TV in the location. If you are used to having a TV in every room this will be inconvenient. It was great having a clothes washer onsite. The refrigerator was fine but the water dispenser came out at a trickle. The sink faucet had an attachment that allow a shower spray only, weird.Other stuff: Location was a 5 minute walk from Canal Park. A perfect distance to walk. The parking was ample and uncomplicated. The property was noisy. The curtains screeched, the plumbing was noisy... The weird of the weird was a mail box overflowing with past residents.

Sea Glass Cottage Getaway

Perfect home and location for a weekend away with my teen and two dogs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. I loved that we could walk to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely return!
