The DVD collection is around 200 movies strong. There are two desk areas flanking each side of the stone fireplace with wood burning insert for asthetics and heat. Great cabin to work remotely and still get an afternoon hike up to Copeland Falls. There is abundant wildlife in the area including Elk, Deer, Moose and Turkey. This is also a great area to possibly see Black Bear.
The drive to Estes Park is 15 minutes with stops along the way like Meeker Park lodge, Eagleplume Ute Indian shop, Longs Peak entrance,Saint Malo's Chapel on the Rock, Lilly Lake and the Twin Sister. In Estes Park you will find an up to date Safeway, Plenty of restaurants, Spas, and guide shops like Kirk's Flyshop (one of our favorites for many types of guided tours). Allenspark and Ferncliff are just a couple miles to the South and have three restaurants and small grocery/gas/liquor store.
