We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. That is never the experience we aim to provide. Regarding the door locks, they are electronic and can occasionally require a firm pull or push while entering the code, but they are fully functional and tested between stays. The string lights around the hot tub are decorative, and while we regret if they were not functioning during your visit, the hot tub itself was fully operational. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, so we take comments about cobwebs and wall marks seriously. Our cabins are professionally cleaned before each arrival, and had we been notified with the opportunity to access the property, we would have gladly sent someone out to address any concerns immediately. We also apologize if you felt your concerns were not addressed. Our records show that we responded and requested clarification in order to assist, but we did not receive further communication that allowed us to resolve the issues during your stay. We truly do make every effort to correct concerns in real time whenever possible. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can double-check these items. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and are sorry we fell short of delivering the seamless experience we strive for.

Alan, There was a microwave substitute which was used by all the previous guests. Unfortunately, you were not able to figure out how to use it and demanded a traditional microwave which was delivered to you the next day. There was also quite a bit of damage done to the property by your irresponsible behavior of leaving your pet when you decided to leave alone in the cabin.

Thanks for the feedback Kate. The cabin is sparse especially the kitchen as it is setup for 2 guests only. This is meant to be a simple, cozy cabin in the woods.
