With ocean views from EVERY room in the home, this unique property boasts two completely separate units with an amazing one-bedroom, one-bath, and full kitchen, living, and dining area upstairs and a two-bedroom unit with a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area downstairs. There is plenty of outdoor space on your private oceanfront beach with a HOT TUB. This rental is perfect for two couples, two families, or multigenerational families. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is located on a dead-end street located on Doctor’s Arm on Big Pine Key. If you are looking for the perfect, quiet, oasis in the Florida Keys, this is your vacation home! With sunrise views over the open ocean and sunset views looking out over the canal with your private boat ramp, you cannot go wrong. There is plenty of room to store multiple cars as well as your boat trailer or RV. Dogs are welcome and there is a fenced-in area to keep them safe. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Two kayaks are available for your convenience. Paddle with the fish, turtles, and the dolphin. Epic sea life awaits. We have queen air mattress available should you need it. We want you to feel at home in our home away from home. Please message me for stays shorter or longer than fours weeks. All nights after 14 are FREE up to 28 nights! I will happily adjust the nightly price accordingly.

Beautiful

Absolutely amazing house. Loved the peace and quiet right on the bay. Boat ramp was great for launching the kayak. Fenced in area was perfect for my pup. Neighbors were great, grocery store close by. Loved the nature, key deer, sea turtles and great fishing. Communication with Kristie was great. Hope to come back soon.

Beautiful location

Loved the area with great views. We were able to take our sups out, sit on the nice deck, fish, and we saw the deer every day. The set up of the house was nice in that when our daughter and husband came to visit they had their own space. Great pickleball community just a few miles away. Easy drive to beaches and fun good restaurants. Everything we needed was provided. Kristie was very quick to respond with any question i asked. Highly recommend!

Great time Big Pine Key

There are always little problems while staying anywhere, but when the owner replies quickly and addresses these small problems in a timely manner the little problems are forgotten. Kristie was very quick addressing any concern we had. Also Oliver the property caretaker was just as quick when addressing any concerns we had.We"ve stayed at many VBRO rentals and we have to say that this house was one of the cleanest houses we ever rented.There is a great open water view with unbelievable sun rise almost every morning. Watching the boats going and coming in Bogie Chanal adds to the view.Has a Great time.

Big pine

The property has a great open water view and the property is well maintained and very well stocked with towells, tp, etc. The 3rd bedroom on the lower is a bit small so each floor is best suited for 2. It will accommodate 6 however. There were some nice beach chairs and flotation devices supplied in the shed across the street by the canal which was handy. Easy check in and out. The grill connection to the propane bottle has a gas leak but otherwise everything worked very well. There is a nice patio on the ground floor which i understand well be becoming a swimming pool soon, but the best view is from the wrapm around deck upstairs. wished it had better tv channel selection, but if you can bring you access from your tv at home, you can use Hulu, netflix, sling, etc. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this host and the property.

Wonderful Views

We really really enjoyed the views and quiet location of this property. Kristie was a responsive host. The home was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Can’t beat the boat ramp right on the property which is somewhat uncommon in the Keys. Also, plenty of parking. A couple small things that could be improved: the AC in the downstairs bedroom is quite loud. A fish cleaning table would be a nice addition. The mattresses could be better. All of that said, this is a very relaxing place in a wonderful location with great boating access. Thanks for a great stay!

My name is Kristie, and I enjoy being warm. I live in Massachusetts, and love it, but I covet the warm breezes and beautiful waters in the Keys. Owning this home is a dream come true. Making friends with the key dear as they stroll through the yard on a daily basis is beyond special. Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise over the ocean never ceases to amaze me. I love the nature trails, amazing bars and restaurants, kind and thoughtful neighbors, and all the fun to be had everywhere I go. The Keys are my happy place. I am happy to share my happy place with you!

We chose this property due to its location and proximity to Key West. We love the key dear, we love how close it is to fun restaurants and bars. We love that we are close to all needed amenities, however completely on an island off another island off another island. We love everything about the keys. We love the water, we love the sunshine, we love our neighbors, we love everything about it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our property is perfect for guests who are traveling with friends or family. We have two completely separate units. You could be having a party upstairs while everyone downstairs is sound asleep. Or vice versa. I so love when my husband and I are there and we bring my father down, or our adult children, or friends. We have our space and they have theirs. It’s perfect. We get up in the morning, make coffee, make breakfast, put on our music, and go about our . And whoever is downstairs… they can do the same thing whenever they get up. We aren’t disturbing them in the least. Our property is near the end of a dead end street. There is hardly any traffic. We have a private boat launch across our private, shell covered, street, with two storage sheds. One is filled with all sorts of fun things such as a floating mat, blow up flotation devices, kayaks, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, all the things you could possibly need. We have limitless key dear visiting on a daily basis. Everything we need is nearby but we have all the privacy in the world. It is unlike anywhere in the world. Paradise.
