Perfect place for large family

We had the absolutely best time here. There is plenty of room and a lot of outdoor space. It is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to way to give you the secluded vibe. We are excited to come back in the summer. The rental company was very helpful with all of our questions. We will be back!

So Peaceful

Excellent property. Away from everything. Perfectly located on the Little Pigeon River, not far from “town”, but still close enough to go anywhere, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, in just minutes. Awesome communication with the host. You won’t be disappointed.

Way above expectations!

There was one good and one bad review prior to staying here & honestly - I don’t have one bad thing to say about this stay! We are from the area, but live out of state now and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone! SO much space and VERY clean. *If I did have any issue, it was addressed super quick. I highly recommend this cabin and the host! We will be back several times and plan to stay here.

Loved it

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO homes. This one was the best. Beds were all comfy, everything in the house worked and the house was supplied with everything you need. I would recommend new pots and pans. Everything we cooked stuck to the bottom of the pans. We loved having the screened room to sit by the river. If we had any issues (which were minor) they were taken care of right away. The house even has internet now. The location is very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again.

my favorite cabin with minimal issues

This is by far my favorite cab in ever. We have stayed in about 8-10 different cabins over the last 14 years. This is far and above my favorite. The layout was good. The size was great for the part of my group that went. THE PORCHES!!!!!!!!! I could've spent my entire vacation on the porches. The view of the river from the porches, the furniture was comfortable for long times, the different porches for different times of the day or weather was phenomenal. I would book this cabin year after year other than if my entire family came then it wouldn't be big enough.I do have a few very small complaints. #1. One of the main reasons I booked this cabin was for the outside fireplace to read my Bible beside each morning. There was no info about it only being usable during winter season. Huge disappointment, but not a game changer. If I had known ahead of time, I would still have booked. It was just a disappointment to expect something that was used as a selling point only to not have use of it. #2. The "theater room" IS NOT a theater room. It is a super nice TV viewing room. It only has Direct TV and no WiFi to that bldg. Once again not a deal breaker, just a disappointment to tell my kids something to only be able to watch Direct TV. We did not use the TV room for the entire family. The only one to use it was the one sleeping over there in that bldg. #3. When arriving late on Sunday evening service help wasn't available until Mon morn.

Look Elsewhere-Lots of Repairs Needed

Gas Fireplaces inside and out not working as there is no gas hookup to house. Floors and toilets dirty which we needed to clean when we arrived. Outdoor hot tub falling apart. Master bath jacuzzi tub not working Movie theatre had no movies to watch. No instruction booklet on how to work anything in the house. Although the house has wifi, no code given. Phones don’t work in the area so no communication with the outside world. God forbid we had an emergency. Couldn’t contact Stony Brook cabins. One time got thru with the phone breaking up and was told the inspector was there and said it was clean. Had to clean dried urine off toilet seat and sweep floors to make it liveable. Seems like someone bought the property as is and decided to rent it out to maybe make their money for all the upgrades and repairs needed. For the price we paid, our money should be refunded, st least for the cleaning fee. Definitely look elsewhere. Beware of this property. Never had these problems with any other vrbos and we’ve rented several.

All of the issues that were reported were relayed to our Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisors and addressed.
