Welcome to River Edge A, an AvantStay home!
River Edge A is a fashionable three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located on the banks of the San Miguel River in the Historic Depot District, a neighborhood much prized for its proximity to the river, the free Gondola and the center of Telluride.
The River Edge Condominiums enjoy a strong reputation locally due to the quality of construction and its terrific location.
From the ground floor entry, this garden unit is located down one flight of stairs on the lowest level of the building. An entry hallway and coat closet are found behind the unit door which is clearly marked A. The hallway leads into the dining area that has a custom-made dining table with seating for six. The open floor plan flows into the living room with a sectional sofa and a cozy lounge chair. The space is warmed by a corner gas fireplace and also has a TV with DVD player. The garden-level windows fill the space with a great deal of natural light and create a very comfortable setting, bringing the forest floor on the edge of the river inside. The open and spacious modern kitchen completes the living spaces, featuring stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar area with seating for four, plenty of storage, counter space, and all of the kitchen amenities you would need for any meal.
The first bedroom has a king bed and its attached bath features a luxurious step-in shower with a seat and spacious double sinks. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath has a queen bed and a large walk-in shower. A third flex room, perfect for the kids, contains a twin and double bunk bed.
River Edge A has one parking space in a heated garage. The assigned ski locker is located in the garage as well for convenient ski and gear storage after an epic day on the slopes or trails. The unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet.

*Home Truths:* - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - The master bathroom features an ensuite bath and a steam shower.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Very Nice Condominium
Enjoyed my stay in this upscale condo. It made an excellent base for exploring the town of Telluride. The team from Sea & Ski was very responsive to the questions I had.

Great River Escape
River Edge was a wonderful place for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, close to the local grocery store, restaurants and just down from the gondola. The river trail was just outside our door which made walking and bike riding very accessible. With the windows open you can hear the river rushing and feel the cool evening breeze. The kitchen was generously stocked with everything you would need to cook for a large family. Plenty of closet and storage space for equipment.

Overall great. Getting into the place was suboptimal, had to get a key from office downtown--it wasn't clear from the instructions how that was supposed to work. Josh prop manager was very pleasant and helpful but took awhile to get ahold of him. Once we were in it was otherwise a great place.

Beautiful clean spacious condo in great location
We loved our stay in this impeccably clean spacious condo. It’s less than a five minute walk to the gondola and the Main Street in town. The appliances were all new and the kitchen was well stocked. The only problem we had was with the toilet and shower drain. The management team was very responsive and easy to contact. They had their maintenance crew out to address the problem immediately. we would definitely recommend staying here.

Telluride Blues Fest
Location was awesome! We were able to walk to the festival and the downtown area and never get in our car. You cannot have a large suv for the free parking spot. We had a Wagonneer which is very large but fortunately we used the virtual parking pass and found a spot a block away. Kitchen was fully stocked. Entry was a little challenging so read instructions well before entering. Hosts were very responsive Loved this beautiful town!!!

Awesome location + nice apointments
We enjoyed our ski vacation. The property is incredibly well located and very nicely appointed. The garage is not adequate for a vehicle that would transport 6-7 people and their gear. We had to request ( not offered) a on street parking pass from the management company. The bunk beds are not adequate for adults both in size and stability. These are not complaints but comments to go from a 4 to 5 star rating.

Spring skiing
Amazing week of skiing in Telluride. Condo is minutes walk down the river trail or the street to Gondola and apres ski opportunities. Be wary of ice on street. The area in front of the condo is not maintained. That is perhaps my only complaint. The condo is comfortable and well appointed with generous seating. It is on the ground level. I would stay here for skiing or summer activities.

Wish we had asked about AC as no ceiling fans and very weak & cheap floor fans were provided.
Very well equipped yet small kitchen.
Wonderful location
We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit from a 2 bedroom at no charge as there had been some water issues with the lower unit.
We are learning to ask about elevators for upper level properties and AC as we enjoy the SW during the summer months.

It's really only needed about three weeks per year so most properties in town we'rent build with it originally. Family ski trip
Great location - 2 blocks to all of the restaurants (some closer like Cosmo) and a quick 5 min walk to the gondola for access to the ski slopes! Ski rentals at Camels Garden were right across from the gondola and so convenient as well. The unit had everything we needed for a family to relax after a day on the slopes and make meals! If you rent a car, make sure you get a small SUV or sedan because the garage cannot fit a large SUV (we had a Wagoneer and it didn’t fit!). The only suggestion we had was to replace the coffee maker - there was something wrong with the way it brewed and caused grinds to end up in the cup each time. Very small thing that’s easy to fix - literally the only downside of this unit!

Mostly an excellent rental
Check in was good, but the key system seems outdated with a keycode system at the front door. made it somewhat inconvenient to come and go. Do not rent a large SUV if you want to park at this location. They tell you the measurements of the garage in the listing like one would pick up on the idea that LG SUVs do not fit. Well, they don't, so just beware. they could describe this issue better in the listing TBH. The septic system got blocked up a couple times but management handled this well. The rental condo itself is great and Telluride rocks at a place to visit. I would stay here again, mostly on location.
