Cozy and quiet apartment with a dream view

Cozy and very quiet private apartment that is rented out when it is not being used.
The apartment is part of the Sonnenhang holiday complex, approx. 1,250 m above the center of Mühlbach. The holiday complex consists of 2 apartment houses and 10 single houses with 4 apartments each. Our apartment is on the 1st Floor of one of the apartment houses.
In the surrounding area, within walking distance, there are several recommended inns.

The apartment itself is comfortably furnished and more than adequately equipped (coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, pizza (table) oven, ...).
In the bedroom there is a large double bed with a comfortable height.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (lying area approx. 140 x 200).
Bed linen and hand / dish towels are to be brought along.
There is a laundry room for the apartment houses with a washing machine and dryer (20ct coins required).

Mühlbach am Hochkönig belongs to the Ski Amadé region and has about 150 connected kilometers of slopes in winter. There is also a small ski area on the Hochkeil a few hundred meters above the holiday complex.

In summer the impressive landscape is waiting to be explored on foot. There are many different hiking routes, from almost no gradients to climbing routes. Inns and alpine huts offer the opportunity to stop and enjoy the local specialties.

We don't live on site. The key will be sent by registered mail approx. 1 week before arrival and must be returned to us again.
Alternatively, the key can also be picked up / handed over to us approx. 30 km east of Nuremberg.
For short-term bookings, the mail delivery times must be observed or the key collected from us.
