Apartment in the Franconian Toscana near Bamberg

We would like to welcome you in our apartment "Grasser" in Litzendorf. The community Litzendorf is 8 km east of the Domestadt Bamberg. In the village are located in the immediate vicinity of a bakery and small grocery store, which are within walking distance. But also a supermarket and butchers are easy to reach. In Litzendorf there are two restaurants. Good to reach the surrounding breweries with inn and good home cooking. From the centrally located apartment there are many things to do. How about a bike ride on the well-developed cycle paths or a leisurely hike through the Franconian Tuscany?

By car beautiful day trips are possible. Bamberg can be reached in just over 10 minutes by car. There you can spend impressive and cultural hours. A day trip to Franconian Switzerland, which is about 50 km away, is recommended.

In our 100 sqm apartment is a newly renovated bathroom with natural light, also modernized for the most part is the kitchen with dining area, which is equipped with, among other things, a microwave and a coffee maker. A separate guest toilet is available. For further use, a separate living room is available, in which there is also a TV. Bedrooms are divided into two double rooms and a smaller single room. Wi-Fi is available. Washing machine available on request. You can park your car right outside the front door. A balcony with a cozy sitting area makes cozy summer evenings, perhaps also with a Franconian beer from the area, end.

The apartment is suitable for families with children and long-term vacationers.

Animals are not wanted. There is no smoking in the apartment, but the balcony is available. Generous garden is usable.

On the day of arrival fresh towels are ready for your stay. The beds are freshly made by us. Also a side bed is possible.
The price is calculated per day with 50,00 Euro for two persons. Each additional person pays 15,00 Euro per day.
The apartment is designed for up to five people. At least two nights. A week for two people costs 315.00 euros. Final cleaning will be charged once with 30,00 Euro on the day of departure. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
