Seats 10, Freshly remodeled Only 5 min town or Walmart. 1 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1-Large room w 2 bunk beds & sleeper sofa. 3 bathrooms, Large Sunroom, 2 large decks one is covered with barrel bar table & TV. This home has plenty of space for your whole group and has no steps to the water. Relax on bed swing and enjoy fishing off the dock. Kayaks, Paddle board & fishing poles available. Twin Creeks Marina close. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Open floor plan with large kitchen and new appliances. Very quite and safe neighborhood great for biking or walks. Ping pong & Shuffle board table.
We have a 19’ Tahoe Q4 I/O seat 7/8 Includes life jackets. Ski tube available for rent. Much cheaper & more convenient than renting from local marina. The boat will be there at the dock for your convenience . Inquire for pricing and details. Available from May-Oct only.

This was such an incredible trip for my family and it's all because of Randy and Lou and their amazing property! We had all age ranges of people staying here, from a young kid (5y) to a teen and grandparent and everyone loved it. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots pans, dishes etc as well as plenty of towels. Their are plenty of sleeping arrangements so everyone on comfortable and happy. The location of the house is perfect! Only a 5 to 10 min drive to grocery stores, gas stations etc but right on the water! We spent everyday at the lake just jumping from our dock and swimming. It was perfection. Randy was very responsive and there to help us with any small question we had. It was truly an amazing experience and we would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable

We had a great stay, the weather did not cooperate so we spent more time inside than expected. Everything was very clean and our host was very responsive. If i am in the area again i would stay with them again for sure.

Great location

We rent the property to celebrate my dad's birthday. The home accommodated 10 people well and we added guest for a day visit and still plenty of room. Plenty of places for people to sit and socialize indoors. We also had plenty of places outside to sit to fish. I would suggest bringing some of your own camping type chair for comfort down by the water. The owner is very nice, responsive., and accommodating! I would recommend staying at this property.

Great Lake Getaway!

My family rented the property with a couple of other families for a New Year’s getaway and had a great time. The location right on the lake was great for the kids (all under 10) to have a lot of fun even with the lake water being down. Property is close to town shops as well as Jack Daniels and Dickel Distilleries. Randy was a great host that communicated well and checked in to make sure our stay went well. Will definitely try to visit this place again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location- secluded and quiet neighborhood yet close to stores and restaurants. The home was very clean and beautifully renovated. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy various activities. Oactivities.

In town for a family wedding

A lovely lakeside home! Well-stocked with plenty of room for a family gathering. Excellent communication with the owners and all of the information we needed for the house during our stay was provided in a book in the home! We loved staying here!

Great Time Together

Our family enjoyed the week together at beautiful Tim's Ford Lake. The friendly host greeted us when we arrived and communicated throughout the week to make sure we had what we needed. He even went over and above to help us catch some fish! We enjoyed the boat which allowed us to get out on the lake for some fun. The home was nicely updated and clearly met our needs.

Lakeside Cabin

There were several great things about this cabin but it feels like a work in progress. The renovated kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom are very nice. Lots of great deck and dock space. The upstairs bathroom and the entire downstairs bunk room are in desperate need of renovation. The bunk room has a dank smell and is connected to a garage that is an absolute mess and is where you have to do laundry. The house could really use a deep clean!! It is well stocked but very disorganized with cluttered drawers and closets- piles of pillows and blankets in closet floor, some bathrooms with lots of wash cloths and others just hand towels. The homeowner is exceptionally kind. We rented his boat also and it broke down on first day and could not be repaired during our stay. He let us use his personal boat and accessories but we ended up having to rent a boat on day 3 as it just didn’t have the space and shade cover our size group needed. This whole ordeal was of course a hassle and increased cost and extra 30min drive.

Excellent mini vaca

We were so impressed by this lake home. The property owner lives next door and met us at check-in. He was friendly and accommodating. The renovations included a bright kitchen with updated appliances, a modernized primary bathroom with spa shower, a gorgeous rock fireplace and much more. Plenty of space to spread out on 2 decks, a sunroom, and screened-in game room. Our days were rainy but we thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong and shuffleboard table. We played cards and had a choice of 4 table and chairs throughout the house and decks. Highly recommend!

Cozy home in great location

Stay was great. Only issue I had was I wished the outside furniture had been pressure washed. But it was early in the season so that could have been why it wasn’t.

Beautiful Home nestled in a great location.

The property and house were perfect for our family. We did stay preseason, but this did not stop us from enjoying all the area offered. Randy was a great to work with from beginning to end. Thru out the entire stay we only encountered a lack of kitchen cooking utensils. We are a family that cooks, and I should have made this known to the property owner. However, this did not stop us from cooking and enjoying all the property offered. We will definitely return!!

Lovely home and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy and Lou's beautiful home on Tims Ford Lake. It was a perfect layout for accommodating 3 different families/couples. Everyone had room and privacy but the common areas were really ideal too. The large kitchen makes it easy to feed and cater to a larger group and having the sun room able to be closed off from the living space was great because some of our party wanted to watch football or movies in the living room while others preferred to play board games in the sun room. The view is very nice and you have everything you need. Winchester has a really cute downtown and if you want to have a fabulous dinner, we recommend Filo's Tavern downtown. Randy is super nice and attentive so we were very well looked after. We will be back!

Nice House

It was pretty spacious and I liked the general decorations as well as the additional Christmas decorations. The house was quite clean and enjoyable, however the basement was a little musty. Everything else was enjoyable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was so easy to get to the house. Check in was a breeze. The accommodations were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy and the primary shower was a spa!! We loved getting to canoe on the lake. The sunset view from the back porch was incredible. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Fantastic Experience

We used the home for a family get-together. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The home was beautifully suited for us. The owners were easily accessible via email in advance and were gracious and helpful upon arrival. Although we did not need a thing during our stay they were readily available. Communication prior and during stay was excellent. Plenty of games available and plenty of suggested activities with written information about the activities was in the home to read and make plans. House was well supplied. We rented a boat from the owner which was easy, very fairly priced and in good operating condition. Plenty of water toys available to use. Departure instructions were clear and simple, as was arrival instructions. Five star experience!

Great Family Friendly Lake House Stay

We had a great time on Tims Ford Lake. The house has plenty of room with great amenities. The ping pong table was the kids favorite. We enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks provided. The owners responded very quickly. They also have a boat and SeaDoo's at the dock you can rent. Great house in a beautiful location. We will rent again.

What a great time!

Randy was an excellent host. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. The ability to use his boat was icing on the cake!
