Welcome to our cozy holiday house in the Eifel Region. You live on 77 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful view on the Biersdorf lake. Take a walk around the lake or go hiking in the scenic landscape.

The summer cottage is built in country house style. It consists of a big bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with 2 single beds, a dining room is separated by three steps with the living room and includes a spacious sitting area with satellites TV, flat screen television, a fireplace and access to the terrace and garden. On the terrace you will find furniture and a grill for warm summer days.
The small kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, capsule coffeemaker, water cooker, cooker, oven and hood. Of course enough dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are available.
The daylight bath includes a bath and a washstand with a mirror. If needed bedclothes and towels can be booked.

The house which is accessible via stairs has a small, not fenced in garden which offers outlet for your dog. You can either park in the large parking lot at the beginning of the neighborhood or alongside the street.
In close vicinity there is the Dorint sports hotel whose sports facilities and wellness facilities as for example tennis, a swimming-pool, squash, bowling, etc. can be used against a fee. The hotel includes more than 2 restaurants, one dog friendly with a dog bar directly on the lake shore and another restaurant on the upper floor.

On the reservoir shore you can rent canoes, kayaks and pedal boats. Unfortunately, swimming is not permitted, your four-legged friend on the other hand may do so. For visitors there are many barbeque places and many opportunities to take a rest with a view of the scenery.

Enjoy a walk around the lake and the many leisure possibilities. Canoe and kayak rentals on the shore, enjoying ice cream with a view on the lake in the restaurant of the Dorint hotel or a nice pizza in the nearby pizzeria.
All around the lake BBQ possibilities are available, so that you can also have a barbecue directly on the lake shore.

You can access the house at 5 pm on the day of arrival and need to depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay.

The house is located above the Bitburger reservoir in a vacation settlement, without direct neighbours. The area is known for its forests with marvellous views into nature. Walk downhill for about 5 minutes and you will reach the reservoir.
Many destinations are quickly accessible by car, for example, the oldest town of Germany - Trier, the Bitburger brewery, Villa Otrang, a Roman villa...
Furthermore, the house is a starting point for hikes in the Eifel, e.g. go on the crime story footpath or also visit the Eifelzoo or the Eifelpark village Gondorf.
