The CoHaven is ideally located to deliver a convenient and comfortable home for vacationers, business relocations, families, wedding guests, event attendees, near hospitals, and any other guests in-between homes.

Immerse yourself in nature at this serene townhouse surrounded by a canopy of trees and overlooking a beautiful creek.

The space
Wind down in this tranquil space after a busy day at work or explore Brooklyn Centre a suburb of Minneapolis.

Eat out by the deck overlooking a beautiful creek or simply sit and gaze into infinity.

This accommodation is furnished in earthly tones. The kitchen and dining are open-plan style and flow onto a lovely deck perfect for relaxing.

The townhouse also features 2 cozy living areas, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.

The host was very welcoming and communication was awesome. As far as improvements, perhaps stock more toilet paper (we had to go to Aldi to get more). In addition, the twin bed closest to the door in the end bedroom had dirty sheets. When we arrived, we pulled back the comforter and the top sheet, and noticed that the bed was full of black cat hair from head to toe. Other than that, it was fine.

Hello, thank you for choosing us to host your stay. We only stock enough supplies as a starter. Based on your booking, there were 4 rolls of toilet paper for a 2-night stay. All linen is cleaned and bleached between guests, and we do not allow pets on our property. We checked in every day during your stay and left contact information for any concerns. You did not communicate any concerns for us to address during your stay. We had no other guests complain about these concerns. Sorry, we disagree with your review. We went above and beyond to correct your booking errors, which you made several times, to assist you. We, as hosts, go out of our way to give our guests a great experience.

A group of cousins from Wisconsin spent time with cousins in Minneapolis. This was centrally located to 3 different residences. Very nice accommodations. Can't wait to do it again.

ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS

Property is located at the end of a Cul De Sac, very quiet neighbor. Our host was very responsive and very attentive. They gave us awesome checkin instructions and directions to the property. It was a very cute townhouse which met our needs for our 7 day stay. No issues whatsoever, would stay here again if available for our annual visit to Minnesota. .

Quiet Area and Comfortable House

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Nice and relaxing. Plenty of room for all four of us. Enjoyed the deck and water feature in the mornings. Quiet area and comfortable house. The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Wedding weekend

We rented the townhome while for our stay in Minneapolis for a family wedding. Aside from a fantastic location for our family events the townhome was clean and tidy and Annette was a dream to work with. My kids loved the board games and the Pac-Man cabinet video game. The adults loved sitting on the deck and eating breakfast while watching the animals in the pond. Our stay couldn't have been better.

Lovely, peaceful backyard pond

Although this property is a little shop-worn, it is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely pond in the back yard. The hosts stocked it with many extra items, like games and books, some toiletries, coffees and teas (and even a full candy jar). It served our needs very well. Our hosts were very responsive to our communication.

Basic place to stay

Overall, what people say about the property is accurate so I don't need to repeat much of what has already been said. Pros: -Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Provided a new coffee pot when the old one wasn't working. -Deck was nice to sit on. -Kitchen large enough for cooking and had everything we needed. Cons: -First night neighbors in building next to us were up making noise until about 3am -Third night neighbors across the street were up late making noise. -Bed in guest room was very firm and uncomfortable -Floors had some dirt on them when we arrived, kitchen could use a better clean. Oven needed to be wiped down better. Overall, this was a no-frills place to stay. Additionally, the security deposit might be a bit much compared to other places I have stayed.

We are sorry that you felt this way. We always check in with our guests on the first night to see how things are going and to address any concerns. Brett only mentioned that the coffee pot was not working or that it could have been their error. We replaced the coffee pot right away despite it may have been their error because our previous guests did not mention the coffee pot was not working. The other concern was the noise from the neighbor on the first night. We did ask Brett to let us know if there is loud noise again so we can immediately address it and bring it to the attention of the HOA management. Brett failed to mention we gave him and his guests an expensive chocolate candy gift for their inconvenience. We did not hear back from Brett with any other concerns for the remainder of his stay. Our place is located in a very quiet cul da sac and no guests have complained of any noise or the uncleanness of our place. The house is professionally cleaned and we do a walk-through prior to a guest check-in including before Brett's check-in. So we disagree with Brett's review because he did not bring his concerns to our attention including the security deposit. Brett failed to mention we honored his immediate request to refund the $1,500 due to his credit card billing date.

Perfect weekend getaway spot for family wedding in Fridley

Annette and Mark are fantastic hosts! The check-in process was super smooth and the communication was top notch! I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to receive replies to my questions and inquiries. The property itself is great! Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed the pond behind the unit. It makes you forget you are in a city! The unit was very clean and supplies were stocked and readily available. They go the extra mile and provide some light snacks and coffee as well, which was a nice surprise. My nephews really enjoyed the PacMan arcade game which we had no idea was there prior to our arrival. Another nice surprise! There is also a nice foosball table. The property is centrally located where we were about 10-15 minutes away from most places we needed to be, including the downtown area. I would absolutely stay here again. 5+++++ stars!

Amazing!

My family and I stayed here for a family reunion and Mark and Annette had been such amazing hosts with great communication. The house was also very well furnished and accommodating for all our needs. Such a beautiful gem and we are so glad to have stayed here. Greatly recommend!

Beautiful place and nice owners

The place was very beautiful. It had lots of extras, like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, sugar, etc. We had to contact the owner while we were there, and they replied right away.

Golf get away

Spacious and relaxing

Everything we needed and beautifully decorated and clean. Loved the large deck and patio furniture with pond view with herons, ducks, and geese. Gracious hosts with excellent communication. We had five adults and plenty of space for all with two living rooms, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Highly recommend.
