Idyllic apartment in Königsleiten, centrally located close to the lift

Ski away from the house and back to the house. It couldn't be more convenient. Our house is located in the center of the village and still in a quiet, idyllic location. The supermarket, restaurants and ski schools etc. are only a few steps away. The descent to the Eberharter Almdorflift is across the street. This will take you to the mountain railway and thus to the Zillertal Arena in just a few steps. There you can expect more than 160 km of perfectly groomed slopes with more than 52 lifts in a snow-sure area from December to April, which will take you to 2400 m.

After a wonderful day of skiing, the Almdorflift slope also invites you to sledding. In the garden you can build snowmen, igloos etc. and on the sun terrace you can end the day relaxing. Several cross-country trails are also nearby.
