ABOUT THE CONDO

Large sliding glass doors flood the inviting living/dining room with natural light. Unwind in the main sitting area, where a soft sectional couch, swivel chair, and two leather stools sit before a 60' flat-screen TV. A cozy den area has a full-size sleeper sofa, two leather stools, a desk, and a 32' TV.

Share meals around a six-seat dining table. Or head to the eat-in kitchen with wood cabinetry, GE appliances, and a table for two.

Outside, serenity awaits on a private patio set beside the fairways of Rancho Las Palmas Golf Course. There's a six-seat table for alfresco dining, and a pair of chaise loungers for relaxing in the sun. There is also a private spa in a separate outdoor area.

A spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, 40-inch TV, armoire, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination

Just a 5-minute drive away, The River Mall offers upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and movie theaters; it also hosts 32 weekends of entertainment throughout the year.

Enjoy a stroll in the Civic Center Park (a 4-minute drive), then cool off in the pools, water slides and spray areas at nearby Palm Desert Aquatic Center.
