Walk into the open living area to relax in front of a movie, play some ping pong or Ms. Pac-Man, chill in the massage chair, or sit around the table for a meal. Walk out the back door to your enclosed retreat (and for Winter and Spring 2026, SIT IN THE HOT TUB) to sip some coffee or play putt-putt and grill out.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook. TVs in most rooms, comfy beds, and privacy in four bedrooms. Close to shopping and 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach. This is your place!!! Also, read the reviews please!

The home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a spacious living and dining area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. There are four private bedrooms, including three with queen beds and one with bunk beds, offering plenty of space for families or groups. The screened-in back deck and fenced backyard provide the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the fenced-in backyard and all available amenities. A park on the Banana River is just one mile away, perfect for outdoor activities. Bicycles are available for a quick ride to Publix, local restaurants, or nearby shopping areas.

Great stay, as always. Plenty of room for Military Mens Softball team. Close to complex and super convenient grocery store location. Home was clean and plenty of spare linens. Will definitely be staying again next year!

Great vacation

The house was well listed plenty of pictures.So we knew exactly what we were getting. What we didn't know it was how great Brian was going to be from helping us find things to do and taking us out on a boat excursion. The property is awesome, but I highly recommend talking to Brian about the extra things to do down there.

15 minutes away from everything you'd want to do

We stayed here so we would be smack dab in the middle of Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Playalinda and it was wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Accurate description

Property was accurstely described, only hiccup was air hockey was put up for maitainence. Kids enjoyed lesrning pool and ping pong though. Great communication and even helped us with a item that was forgotten at the property upon our departure.

A great place to stay. Lots of space for the kids and the dog. Very close to Publix. 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Pool table, ping pong, video games. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location

I was very impressed with this location. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. We had a great time in this huge house which comes with fun games (ping pong, pool, air hockey, video games, etc). If anything, the listing doesnā€™t do justice to what a great place this is! We will be back!

Close to Cape Canaveral and the National Cemetery. Easy in and out of the neighborhood. So nice to be able to travel with our Senior Dane and have a safe place for him. Thanks again!

Perfect stay for camp

We were spending the week so that our daughter could attend space camp at NASA. The home was just as described. It was only 15-20 minutes from KSC which was perfect. If you do decide to stay, make sure you go to Loyd Have Mercy and Third Culture Kitchen for dinner...the food was amazing! Brian was quick to respond with questions.

Amazing location

The neighborhood is relaxing, perfectly located with a Publix less than half a mile away, and a petting zoo w/ horseback riding only a short 15min drive. Everyone loved the hot tub, but I advise coordinating with the host to have it turned on well before you get there; as it does take several hours for it to heat up. The air hockey table was my youngest daughterā€™s favorite part of the whole trip. Unfortunately it was stuck in the laundry room, but after moving a few things around we were able to make it work for some epic matches. Despite having 4 preteens & 4 adults, everyone was comfortable and had an amazing time. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway.

Space Adventure Weekend

We had a lovely time visiting with family over Easter weekend. We were so close to the Kennedy Space Center we were able to view three rocket launches from the driveway. The house was clean and equipped with the kitchen supplies we needed to cook all of our meals. The kids and adults enjoyed all of the video and recreational games. The bedrooms were spread out enough we could hang out in the living room while the baby was fast asleep in a quiet room at the end of the hall. I would highly recommend this rental. Also, there was a Publix literally at the end of the block. About a five minute walk, convenient for a quick trip to the grocery.

Vacation Cruise

The property was great. Kids and adults loved the video game (Pac man and Galaga) and the ping pong table. Plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but may just be something we weren't use to, but no issues. The only issue we had was there wasn't any instructions on how to use he TV. Would be a lot easier if they had basic cable or streaming service. I had to play the TV thru my Hulu on my phone. Contestant buffering so it was quite annoying. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. thank you

Perfect Location; Great for Families!

This was my first vacation rental. I was nervous about the experience. However, the host was kind and gracious. He helped me understand the process and was quick to answer my questions along the way. The home was private, in a quiet neighborhood, and had a nice fenced-in yard complete with toys for our children. There was plenty of parking for our 11-person family. The property was very clean. It felt just like home! I was able to cook inside, grill outside, and even wash our clothing as the week progressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space. The host thought of everything: There were extra blankets, towels, and sunscreen, too. I especially appreciated that there was an oscillating fan in the king-sized room. (Some of us can't sleep without one!) We selected this location given its proximity to Kennedy Space Center, where my husband's lab at NASA would be launching a satellite. This property is close to both the NASA Causeway Bridge and the KSC entrance off A1A. My husband was able to get on base quickly each time he was needed. Additionally, we enjoyed the proximity to many beaches. The property is just a block away from the Indian River, which has established parkland in close range. However, our favorite spot was at Peacock Beach on the Atlantic, which was just a short drive away. The Cocoa Beach Pier and other beaches along A1A were also nearby. If returning to Cocoa, I would book this property again. Thank you for a great stay!
