Heated tile floor, massive walk-in tile shower, toilet with built in bidet, modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, and a large private backyard are just some of the amenities you'll enjoy during your stay at The Nora Nook.

Centrally located on the north side of Indianapolis with convenient access to everything Indy has to offer. You'll be less than 1 mile to US 31 and 465 for an easy in and easy out drive.

Location:
The guest house is located right inside the major highway loop, 465, just off of Meridian & 96th street Nora. This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis.

The Guest House:
You'll enter the guest house through a separate entrance. The home is surrounded by a large privacy fence, giving you your own drive & backyard to enjoy during your stay.

Inside you'll find a large living space open to a modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, a large breakfast bar, and sliding barn doors. The living space is filled with large windows & a sliding glass door that opens up into your own private backyard.

The bedroom is separate from the living space allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. Connected to the bedroom is a private bathroom with heated tile floors and a huge walk-in shower. The bathroom is well equipped with towels and soaps.

Some of the other amenities you'll find include a washer and dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, a generous amount of coffee, a large couch for you to relax on, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs.

Access:
After booking, you will receive a personalized access code to the smart lock on the front door. This allows for seamless access during your stay.

You'll have access to everything behind the main house inside the privacy fence. This includes a paved driveway & private backyard with a deck!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from the famous Monon Trail. Tall mature trees grow throughout the neighborhood, and residents of the neighborhood regularly stroll the streets with their dogs and kids.

Excellent property in a central located safe and quiet area. Many thoughtful details included - high-end toilet paper, laundry detergent, basket of snacks, air freshener, etc. And how have I gone my whole life without heated tile floors in the bathroom?!? We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. Loved that the location was family oriented and the property itself was even better than the pictures. The guest house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel welcome! This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. I had a couple of questions during my stay and the host was very fast to respond. The heated bathroom floor was so nice! I really appreciated the inclusion of a desk/work space. This made a big difference for me, as I was there primarily to work.

Exactly as described, very, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect. Close to the Monon Trail and the Broad Ripple area. Easy trip to downtown too. Great that there is a fenced in area, our doggie loved that! And the heated floor in the bathroom is wonderful with an amazing shower. Note if you use Waze for directions it takes you to the wrong Central Ave. The house is on North Central not South but Waze couldnā€™t figure that out. Google maps worked. Will stay here again next time in Indy!

Great stay - repeat guests

This is our second time at this property. Itā€™s an ideal stop for us with our dog while passing through on our road trip. Great size for two people and 1 dog. Area is close proximity to Whole Foods, Target and walking trailsā€¦a high plus. We will be back!

Thoughtful comfort

Everything about the property was well thought out! It was small, but comfortable. Very private despite being a guesthouse. The layout of the main room felt spacious and was everything we needed for a little getaway. Host provided small snacks, waters, plenty of towels, and extra throw Blankets which was a nice touch. The bedroom was too small with the king bed to hold our suitcase, but we just put it in the main room which was fine for a short stay. Bathroom was beautiful with a wonderful shower, good water pressure and lux heated floors. Overall really nice stay!

This property was a beautiful stay. The guest house is nice and cozy. It felt like home, the entire set up beautiful, my most favorite feature were the heated tile bathroom floors. Collyn was very responsive, the entry to get in the home was a smooth process, felt safe. Good communication and great neighborhood, rught off the expressway. I would book agian if I ever go back to Indiana.

Home away from home

Well thought out, comfortable, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Great for those traveling with dogs. Fenced yard was a bonus. Easy access to freeways. Would definitely recommend.
